I'm just past 40, rejoining the gym properly after a gap, and creatine monohydrate is one of the few supplements with solid evidence behind it. I mix a scoop into my ON Gold Standard protein shake daily on training days and rest days and it blends well. No clumping, no gritty residue, no taste whatsoever.
I’m a bit scrawny and have not worked out that much during my life, but recently decided enough was enough and it’s time to go full speed into physical development.
I was initially highly sceptical of the claims surrounding creatine, but Optimum Nutrition’s Micronised Creatine Powder has quietly become an absolute staple in my training routine. The Difference Micronisation MakesThis is a properly micronised powder, and the contrast with cheaper brands is immediately obvious. It dissolves cleanly into cold water or a protein shake without leaving any chalky residue or gritty, sand-like texture at the bottom.Real Performance GainsWithin two to three weeks of consistent daily use, the performance improvements in my high-intensity sessions became very noticeable. I am squeezing out extra reps at the tail end of sets, recovering faster between rounds, and experiencing better overall muscle definition.Unflavoured Done ProperlyUnlike other supplements that bring a faint, chemical bitterness, this product has absolutely no taste or smell. It disappears seamlessly into shakes or pre-workouts without altering their flavour at all.Incredible ValueThe 634g tub offers a massive 186 servings. Because the recommended daily scoop size is compact, a single tub rewards the long game and lasts for months. It is easily the best value for money for a highly pure supplement.Pros:Truly tasteless and odourless.Zero grit or clumping.Noticeable strength and endurance boost.Massive serving count per tub.Cons:None, just remember to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated!
I picked up this Optimum Nutrition Micronised Creatine Monohydrate and have been incredibly impressed with the quality.
I’ve been using this creatine daily mixed with my protein shake (chocolate whey + milk), and it blends really well. Since it’s unflavoured, it doesn’t really change the taste much, apart from a slight “gap” in flavour if you’re paying attention.
Good clean creatine. No flavour at all just maybe a bit chalky but not unpleasant. I use 8g in 250mls of water and it tastes ok.
Très bonne créatine, se dissout parfaitement dans l’eau, aucun goût, idéale après l’entraînement. Je sens une vraie amélioration sur la récupération musculaire. Je recommande sans hésiter.”
The Optimum Nutrition Micronised Creatine Powder is a high-quality creatine monohydrate supplement designed to support strength, power, and muscle growth. With 176 servings in a 634 g container, it offers excellent value while maintaining the reliability that Optimum Nutrition is known for.
Very effective, you see and experience the changes within a month .
All good and don’t worry if it’s fake or whatever, it’s just good.
The best creatine you can buy. Expensive but worth the price.
