Slakona
Orders are picked and dispatched from our warehouse in Mārupe, Latvia.
We deliver to: Latvia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, Italy and Sweden.
If your country is not on the list, write to info@slakona.com — in some cases we can arrange something.
The delivery charge is calculated during checkout and depends on the method, the weight of the parcel and the destination country. You see the exact amount before you confirm payment; nothing further is added.
Delivery is free on orders of €100 and above.
Orders are processed on working days. Within Latvia delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from order confirmation; to other countries it takes longer.
Times can extend over holiday periods and where the carrier is affected by circumstances outside our control. If a delivery is delayed, we will tell you.
Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, a tracking number is emailed to you.

Which methods appear depends on your device, browser and bank. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — card details never reach us and are not stored in our system.
All prices are in euro and include VAT. The amount is taken when the order is confirmed. An invoice is emailed to the address you gave.
Check the condition of the packaging when you take delivery. If it is damaged, crushed or wet, record it in the courier's presence or photograph it at the parcel locker before opening — it cannot be done afterwards, and it is the only way to prove damage in transit.
Tell us about a damaged or incomplete parcel as soon as you can, at info@slakona.com. What happens next is set out under Returns and Withdrawal.
A parcel waits in a locker for the carrier's holding period and is then returned to us. Couriers call the number given on the order.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address or phone number was wrong, or because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. The cost of re-dispatch in that case is paid by the buyer.
