Slakona
A consumer may withdraw from a purchase made in this online shop within 14 days without giving a reason. This page explains how, and when the right does not apply.
The 14 days run from the day the goods are received. Where one order contains several items delivered separately, the period runs from the day the last item is received.
The deadline is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the 14 days expire.
Send an unambiguous notice to info@slakona.com. Include the order number, the items you are withdrawing from, and a bank account number for the refund. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
We will acknowledge receipt in writing.
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you sent your notice of withdrawal.
Address: Amarina SIA, Ulmaņa parks 2, "B" ieeja, 3. stāvs, Kalniņi, Mārupe, Mārupes novads, LV-2167, Latvija.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. We recommend a tracked service — until the parcel reaches us, it remains the sender's responsibility.
Return the goods in their original packaging, complete, and in the condition in which they were received. You may handle the goods only as far as is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — as you could have done in a shop.
You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that. Where this applies, the refund may be reduced accordingly.
Under paragraph 22 of Cabinet Regulation No. 255, there is no right of withdrawal where:
If you are unsure whether a particular item can be returned, write to us before opening the packaging.
We refund the amount received, including the standard delivery charge you paid when the goods were sent, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you supply proof of having sent them — whichever happens first.
We refund using the same means of payment you used, unless you have agreed otherwise. No fee is charged for the refund.
If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard one we offer, the difference is not refunded.
This is not a withdrawal but a claim of non-conformity, and different rules apply.
If what arrived is damaged, was sent in error, or does not match its description, write to info@slakona.com with the order number and photographs. A claim may be raised within two years of receiving the goods.
In that case the Seller pays the return postage, and you are entitled to replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
If a parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, please record this in the courier's presence or photograph it at the parcel locker — it settles the matter with the carrier far faster.
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
