Great Results!
My hair has a medium texture, and I love extra volume that looks and feels natural. My hair is fairly dry, and I don’t wash my hair every day, so I use this spray more on dry hair than on wet. I spray this lightly on the top of my head, then start fluffing my hair with my fingers until the spray dries. It is not sticky at all like most of the volumizing products I have used, yet it really does give my hair the volume that I want. It really does hold the volume all day! I use maximum hold hairspray, that again looks natural, to keep it in place, and I love it! I think the price is fair, and it’s worth paying for a great product that makes me feel and look good.

Light, brushable volume
Instead of the volumizing sprays that normally leave my hair with a sticky build-up, I was pleasantly surprised when I used this Alfaparf Milano Semi Di Lino Volume Leave-In Spray on my damp hair. I used several sprays on my roots. It smells pleasant, and not too strong. After spraying the light liquid on my roots, I completely dried my hair, and styled it. The volume was PERFECT; not overly blown-up, but a slight lift. The style stayed all day. The great thing about this spray is the brushability. I couldn't tell that I had any styling product in my hair at all. The even BETTER aspect to the volume spray was the next-day hair look. When I brushed my hair the next day, there was still a slight volume and fabulous style to my hair that is usually missing after I've slept on it (my hair, although pretty healthy, tends to be kinda limp for second-day styling). It looked AMAZING. I was really surprised; this spray is much better than other volume sprays I've ever used. Highly recommended.

Volumizing leave in spray
Alfaparf Milano volumizing spray. This product didn't give me alot of volume but it did smooth the ends of my hair. It says apply it to your roots but I ended up getting it on my ends anyways. The bottle is small and I didnt really get any lift from the product. I did try it on damp hair and on dry hair and either way it didn't give me alot of volume. It did wash out of my hair easily which was nice. I didn't feel like I had product still in my hair after washing which can happen with other leave in volumizing sprays

Fresh cleanly washed hair smell, lightweight, not sticky or greasy at all
I like the scent of it, it has sort of a fresh and clean salon product smell. It’s not stinky or perfume like at all- just smells like cleanly washed hair on your head. I feel it’s slightly overpriced for the value. I tend to generously use quite a few squirts on my head of long hair to get the results I like, so it’s not like you only use a very small amount each use. I’m enjoying using it on my wavy messy hair to give it a little tame and volume to scrunch in with a lessening effect on frizz while still remaining clean feeling (not sticky or uncomfortable). It doesn’t hold at all like hairspray- it’s more like a lighter and cleaner version of a beach waves type of spray. I’m just not sure I’d rebuy it at this price point but overall I do like it and I enjoy using it. Overall I’d recommend it.

I wasn't;t expecting much from this tiny bottle of leave-in spray for fine hair. Wow, was I surprised. I depressed the pump 15 times spraying the top root area of my hair, rubbed it in a bit, and let it air dry. I noticed that my hair, which usually lies flat and limp, actually had some lift. It felt better, thicker, and definitely looked much better. I can also see that if you were to use styling devices, like hot rollers or a curling iron, that it would help set the hold.

Moderately Effective Scented Volumizer Spray
I've been using the Alfaparf Milano Semi Di Lino Volume Leave-In Spray on my wife's hair. We both like the shine and manageability it affords. It volumizes a little, but not in an overtly noticeable way -- and she has fine hair. Said hair looks and feels a little healthier. Initially there is a strong fruity/floral scent that lingers, but it mellows quickly. The finger pump applicator makes it easy to spot apply and I like the little lock you can put on it for travel purposes. The lock could be easy to lose though. Semi Di Linoseems like a quality hair product made from decent ingredients, but the instructions on the container could be more thorough. I’ve recently tried a couple different leave-in volumizer sprays for fine hair, and I’m pretty happy with the development of this hair-care line in general. This one works well for me (soft, fine, curly, medium-length hair), but I wish its effects lasted more than a day. I have also tried Hempz brand, and invariably my hair looks better the next day when I use the Hempz. This will be less of an issue as summer approaches and I wash my hair every day instead of every other day. Overall, I do like this and it does give my hair better volume.

Adds some volume (and doesn't leave your hair with a nasty texture)
I may not be the best candidate for this, as my hair is long and heavy, but I was curious about it. A couple of days after washing, my hair does get a bit flat, and I wondered if volumizing spray could do anything for this. First off, this product comes in a very cute bottle. The smell is *very* sweet and fruity, which you may or may not like, I sprayed 10-12 pumps into my roots, and there definitely is a bit of volumizing effect, even on my long, heavy hair. If it were to be more volumizing, they would have to formulate it more like sea salt spray or hairspray. It would leave your hair with a sticky, yet dry weird texture. This does not do that. Temper your expectations accordingly.
