BaByliss PRO FX7870GSE SKELETON GUNSTEEL Cordless Trimmer with Zero-Gap
Brief description
The BaByliss PRO FX7870GSE Skeleton is a professional cordless trimmer finished in a gunsteel/anthracite colour, built for precise contour work, hairline shaping, neckline shaving, and fade detailing. Its open-frame blade design gives the operator an unobstructed view of the cutting line, enabling highly accurate results. The trimmer is intended for use by experienced barbers and hair professionals.
Designated use as a contour trimmer, cordless battery-powered operation, lithium-ion battery with a maximum runtime of approximately 2 hours and a maximum charge time of approximately 3 hours, DC motor running at 7200 RPM, 40 mm T-blade cutting head, Zero-Gap function allowing the blade to be manually adjusted to a cutting length of approximately 0 mm for skin-close shaving, 360-degree freestanding blade construction providing an unobstructed view of the cutting line and improved heat dissipation away from the housing, compatible voltage range of 100–220 V with EU plug type, gunsteel/anthracite finish, LED charge indicator with three states: slow red blinking indicates charging in progress, steady red indicates fully charged, rapid red flashing indicates approximately 10 minutes of runtime remaining, accessories included are a cleaning brush and blade oil.
The trimmer is suited for contour cutting, defining hairlines, and shaving the nape and neck area. The Zero-Gap function is activated by manually adjusting the blade down to a cutting length of approximately 0 mm, enabling extremely close-to-skin cuts. The manufacturer advises that this function should be used only by experienced professionals due to an elevated risk of injury. A drop of the included oil should be applied to the blade before use, and the cleaning brush should be used to remove hair debris after each session.
