I returned this condition because was expire and smell really bad and I didn’t receive my money back . I bought some products of this brand and the condition Smells weird not like the shampoo and hair mask . it smells rancid something like that, It looks like expired . I return it and í didn’t receive my refund. Very disappointed

El shampoo BIOTOP 911 es uno de mi shampoo favorito ya que me restaura el cabello se siente más saludable y también un secreto de él es que si uno se lo deja aproximadamente 10 minutos vas a sentir el cabello súper suave completamente sano el efecto de dejarlo actuar en el cabello es increíble.
I really love this shampoo & conditioner but unfortunately the conditioner bottle came with its lid open & spilled all over the packaging it came in. This conditioner alone is already pricy & for it to come having some product wasted is unbelievable.

This is my whole families favorite conditioner. My daughter can get the knots out of her hair with this conditioner. She is 8 with thin long hair. It gives my gray a slight slight shine but more it removes the frizz. This conditioner makes my old gray hair feel smooth and soft to touch.

This item is packed in a mailing envelope without bubble wrap or anything. The 1st bottle the lid was broken in half with sharp edges. I requested a replacement because we really want the conditioner. Second bottle shipped the exact same way and the whole head of the pump is broken off the bottle as well. I know I could just unscrew the lid each time to use it but I have kids using it and for the cost of the conditioner I expect the pump function to work
