I have a bottle I use for "special occasions". I would use this every day except the cost is ridiculous (this is a very small bottle). Instead I buy another brand which smells good and works well, yet costs 11% of what this brand costs on a per fl. oz. basis. I might pay 20%-25% more for the scent and not think about it, but paying 914% more is too much for me.
I was looking forward to this brand because of the high reviews. Ordered the "booze & baccy" and the scent is very old-man. Even using only the recommended two drops of oil for my entire beard was so overpowering that I used it only once. Perhaps I'll use it again if I run out of my regular oil, but yeah it's a no from me, dawg.

Smells great but... It's not just smells.... This provides a softer beard and helped with flakes and split beard ends because apparently that's a thing.
As many oils as I have tried for my long-full beard, some making it "electric", some making it as if wet and soggy, some making it as a chief rebel in a beard revolution, this Captain Fawcett oil hit the mark. It is "oil" without the greasy feel. It keeps my beard looking natural without looking dry nor wet. It holds all day long. And most importantly, just a few drops do the job!

I’ve tried several other beard oils and this is my favorite. Great scent, softens and tames my beard (mine is about 3 inches long), and does not leave a heavy oily feeling like some others do. This is a great balance and I recommend.
I loved the smell & feel. Sadly tho you need more then a couple of drops. Bottle didn't last long but I liked it so much I ordered 2 more. Hopefully I can find a retailer that carries a bigger bottle & the matching cologne

I like that the scent doesnt fade but it smells like Brut cologne with a hint of clove. It didn't condition my beard well and left it crispy.
Ricki Hall's beard oil: it's okay as long as you like the smell of clove. it's not a terrible scent, but that's the only thing i can smell when I use it.
