this is one of the best I’ve found
I wasn’t sure if this would be worth the price, but after giving it a try, I can honestly say it’s been a great addition to my routine. The capsules are small and easy to take, and since they don’t need refrigeration, they’re super convenient to travel with.

Helpful for digestion to maintain good gut bacteria on the go.
The principle behind good gut bacteria is simple, the idea is if you have good gut bacteria, you get good digestion, food is easier to process and thus you have an easier time all round. Although it is much more complex maintaining that gut health can be more difficult than you realise. Good diet, good nutrition absorption is just part of that step.

They triggered increased release of histamine
This product it might be good.. but not for everyone. In my case it triggered hives and itches in both parts of my abdomen, and legs. They contain certain strains that triggered an increased release of histamine. I believe these might come with a warning
