I have used this shampoo and conditioner for several years. I was introduced to it through my hair stylist. It makes my hair feel soft. I like to wash twice, condition once and leave it in for awhile. I also prefer to rinse with colder water. I do not have any tangles and can get out of the shower and use my fingers to brush through my hair, it works amazing. I also love the smell of it. It is expensive, but it is worth the money.

Not for me — left my hair feeling dry and weighed down
I was excited to try the ELEVEN AUSTRALIA Hydrate My Hair Shampoo since it promises moisture and protection for dry, damaged hair, but unfortunately it didn’t work well for me. After a few uses, my hair actually felt drier and a bit weighed down—not what I expected from a moisturizing shampoo. The texture was thin and didn’t lather much, so I ended up using more than usual. I also didn’t notice much difference in frizz control or softness, and the scent was kind of strong and artificial, which I didn’t like. It might work better for others, but for my hair type, it just wasn’t hydrating enough and left me a bit disappointed.

Disappointed – Possibly Used or Tampered With
When this product arrived, the quality seal was missing, and it looked like it may have been previously opened or even returned. I decided to keep it, hoping everything was still okay. I finally used it yesterday after finishing my last bottle, and I immediately noticed something was off. Noticeable difference after just 2 washes
I’ve only used this shampoo for two days in a row since buying it but I can already feel a difference. My hair is much less frizzy compared to when I use other shampoos and both my scalp and hair feel moisturized instead of dry like hay. On the second day I didn’t even use conditioner or a hair mask and my hair still felt moisturized all the way to the ends. There’s two cons: first - I need to use a bit more product than usual to get a good lather. Second - it has a pretty strong watermelon scent. I’m sensitive to smells so it bothered me a little while washing my hair but once my hair dried I could barely smell it.

2nd time buying this shampoo. Loved 1st purchase and how my hair looked,stayed clean so bought 2nd time. Im SO DISAPPOINTED with 2nd bottle. From the first use , I notice the shampoo seemed thinner and hardly lathered, and I had to use more shampoo to clean all my hair and it still didn't quite lather properly. And by the end of the day, my hair looked dirty and greasy, I shook the bottle really good thinking it just needed to be mixed up but it did the same thing. I've had a few times when I've used the shampoo where it has lathered and my hair looked clean but I must use ALOT of shampoo and other times even with a very generous portion of shampoo, it still won't lather right. This bottle has been very inconsistent and I'm very sad that it's not living up to the first bottle purchase. I will never buy again.
