Best conditioner on the market
My fav brand, I have thick semi curly hair and this conditioner tames it like no other. If you have thin hair I would not use this, as it can be too heavy.

Design of bottle pouring spout prohibits product from flowing out of bottle - hole is too small
The dispensing pour spout is a tiny little hole on a rocker that is way too small and I cannot get the product to come out in a reasonable amount. It is so expensive and I’m going to have to cut the top off the bottle to get product out! Too expensive to be in a dispenser that doesn’t allow product to be dispensed! I want my money back please. I know it's past the refund deadline but I have tried every way to make this product work for me , and I literally can't get it out of the bottle. Please process refund or return.

Eleven Shampoo and Conditioner
Appreciate being able to buy a sample size to try out the products before making the pricey purchase. Even though they're small there is enough for 2 to 3 hair washes. I liked that the shampoo lathers up really well and the conditioner worked well too. They have a very subtle scent which is nice too. That being said I have very stubborn white hair and it's been really humid here, which makes my hair wild. In any case we'll see how the second and third usage goes. The important thing to me is that it stays fairly clean for about a week, so far so good.

This is a great product, but the reason I gave it only 4 starts is because the container is VERY difficult to use...you have to squeeze it extra hard and then only a small amount comes out. Because of this, you can lose a lot of the conditioner because it remains in the bottle no matter how hard you squeeze it. I've bought it a couple of times, so it wasn't just the one container. I love the product but will probably no longer purchase it because of this.

What a mess
