The product received was a scam!! They are not FIR, no warm feeling at all! After regular use I see no improvements. Don’t waste your money.

Premetto che non faccio sport, soprattutto in questo periodo per via delle temperature, e che seguo un'alimentazione sana (ma da sempre quindi non inficia sul risultato). Sto utilizzando i fanghi come da programma, da una settimana e mezza. Ne strofino prima una piccola quantità, sulle zone interessate, poi ne aggiungo un po', sempre massaggiando, e lascio in posa come da istruzioni. Aggiungo, inoltre, che ho scelto, dopo qualche applicazione, di non usare la pellicola, in quanto mi sembrava davvero uno spreco enorme di plastica, optando per dei pantaloni in cartene (tipo quelli che usano le estetiste). Con i pantaloni mi sembra che facciano di più il loro effetto, il calore ed il pizzichio si percepiscono molto di più. Al momento, dopo le applicazioni, la pelle è liscia ed idratata. Vedo un leggero cambiamento nello stato delle zone che tratto. Ho preso le misure pre-trattamento, delle zone sulle quali li applico, ed ogni tanto faccio dei controlli, al momento ho perso 2 cm su ogni parte trattata. Al momento devo dire che mi sto trovando molto bene.

Utilizzo da anni i fanghi di alga Guam scoperti durante il Covid e mai più mollati! Ovviamente non sono miracolosi da soli, ma serve costanza e abbinare attività fisica e alimentazione . La consistenza è morbida . Una volta aperta la confezione bisogna mescolare ( io utilizzo un cucchiaio grande da cucina ) e stenderlo nelle parti interessate . Dopodiché basta avvolgere una semplice pellicola da cucina trasparente e aspettare i 45 minuti . Consiglio di risciacquare con acqua tiepida/fredda e la pelle risulterà liscia all istante . Io abbino inoltre la crema liporiducente nei giorni che non effettuo il fango per una vera e propria azione d’urto .

Ich kenne und verwende Fanghi Guam seit 30 Jahren. Die Ergebnisse sind phänomenal. Schade, dass die Schachtel kein Siegel hat und die Geschenk-Probe fehlen. Aber das Produkt hält, was es verspricht.

I waited until I used the bottle to write a review. It does make my skin soft and it does heat up but I haven't noticed any remarkable difference. For this price I wouldn't order again.
