Just arrived and been used and yes, agree with others, it does work, very pleased, my hair looks an awful lot better than usual - shinier, softer and more under control, and with better flexibility and bounce. I first experienced this make of shampoo and conditioner at my hairdressers. I have experimented with other brands but nothing leaves my hair in clean and softly conditioned than this brand.

Worst products I have ever used in my hair. My hair came out in clumps. Gave it to my mum as she has thick hair and same her hair came out in clumps. Whatever they are putting in these bottles is not shampoo or conditioner. Normally I would give stuff to charity that doesn’t suit me but I couldn’t knowingly give this to anyone and have the same happen to them. Zero stars.
