Insight Intech Intense Perm 1A should be applied to clean, damp hair. After shampooing and rinsing thoroughly, wrap the hair around rollers of the desired size. Position cotton wool around the hairline and apply the perm solution to each roller, starting from the back of the head. Cover with a cap and leave in for 10 to a maximum of 20 minutes, checking at 5-minute intervals. For optimal results, use alongside other Insight products.
