Powerful stuff
I like it with a caution. First, the comments apply to my experience with gray hair, not blond. I've used other purple-type shampoos before that could be used 3 times per week. They didn't blue, but they also didn't have much of a silvering effect. This stuff is at least 5x stronger and deceptively so. With no nasty foaming agent, there is no lather, so it's tempting to put on too much and leave it on for too long. With "shampoo" in the title, it's also tempting to use it too often. Result: blue hair! Fortunately, after a week or more using only my usual coal tar shampoo, it faded to leave a very nice silver. Treat this more like a dye than a shampoo: use enough only to coat the hair, leave on only a minute or two, rinse thoroughly, the shampoo with your daily to guarantee the treatment is completely out. I haven't decided yet on a final routine, but once every 10 days or so might be about right. The good news is that it leaves a nice silver, at this rate of consumption, a single bottle will last a year

Shampoo for dyed or natural gray hair
I'm 54 and have decided to let my hair go gray. The first two appointments with my stylist involved bleaching to remove color. Following that she recommended a 'purple' shampoo. I chose Jenoris Silver Shampoo and I am pleased. If I don't rinse the shampoo thoroughly, I have a purple hint to my lighter chunks of hair. The shampoo does not lather up with any volume. I have long hair so a friend suggested I blend it with some of my other shampoo. I think you'll like it if you try it.
