Tacky serum; no noticeable improvement yet
The MA:NYO collagen ampoule contains medium viscosity fluid. The serum spreads easily on the face. Although my skin feels hydrated immediately but also feels tacky for some time afterwards. It has a barely discernible fruit fragrance that I enjoy. I have used it for almost two weeks. However, I have not noticed any change in my skin texture nor any wrinkled being smoothed. Maybe for older individuals, the effect requires a longer period of application. For the time being, I’d say that this skincare has not lived up to its promise.

Really love this
I’ve really liked the Manyo factory products that I’ve purchased in the past, and this ampoule is no exception. This serum is slightly thicker than a normal gel type serum, but applies very smoothly to the skin. It adds an instant layer of hydration, and smells wonderfully as well. (It smells a bit like geranium essential oil to me.) I love the collagen and collageneer aspects, and what they can do for the skin. Overall, I just love the experience of using this each day. It smells great, applies so nicely and feels great on my skin.

Really loving it so far!
I absolutely love the packaging and design of the box and bottle for this ampoule. It is so giftable and nice! Not only does it look good, with it's glass bottle and dropper, but it makes my skin feel good as well! I prefer to use it at night as part of my nightly regimen because it takes a little bit to absorb completely for me but that's the way I prefer my night serums and lotions to be. It has a light scent that smell fresh and clean and I don't mind it at all because it is barely there. I'm excited to keep using this to see if I get any more results. But it definitely moisturizes and makes my skin look and feel healthy.

Great serum
This is a good quality serum, glass bottle and packaged well, they strive to be earth conscious, the box is made out of cardboard and the ink used is made out of soy, the collagen in this product is vegan and not animal sourced. The serum itself is thicker than normal, milky like, it spreads easily and absorbs quickly, it has a rose aroma and even though it is strong when applying it fades quickly. Product is made in Korea not China as another review states, the box has both instructions and ingredients in Korean and English.

vegan collagen
The best thing I like about MA:NYO V. Collagen is it is made with mushroom and vegetable, vegan collagen. These plant-based ingredients can penetrate epidermis more efficiently than animal-derived collagen. I have tried this product few weeks but haven't seen any difference. But I love the texture of this collagen- thick so it stays on face without dripping with light texture. The beige color makes it looks like sunscreen.

not great for sensitive skin
I am almost 50 with extremely dry, sensitive skin. This arrives in a box which is sealed and has a pull tag to rip open so it is evident if anyone tries to tamper with it. It is a surprisingly large glass jar. The glass is a very pale buff color and the dropper is a bent bulb tip which works well to dispense a single drop at a time or more as needed. The serum is colored very similarly to the bottle. There is a strange scent to it that reminds me of pickles. I prefer any natural scent to added fragrance so it doesn't bother me. It smooths into my skin and leaves it feeling silky and moisturized. There is no tackiness, but there is a slight sheen to it . . . not enough to say it is shiny but it does help my skin look good. I had some itching with initial application. I thought perhaps it was interacting with another product so I tried it again with a completely clean face and had the same reaction. It's not enough to stop me from using it (the itching went away when it dried) but it is enough to stop me from switching from my normal serum.

Great collagen ampoule.
This is a very nice collagen heart ampoule serum. The serum itself is thicker in consistency, but leaves your skin feeling silky smooth. It also has an aroma to it that I really like, but I can’t put my finger on the exact ingredients. I will say that I have to deduct a few points as all of the ingredients and directions are written in Chinese, and there are no instructions or directions on the actual product itself. There is a small highlight on the outside packaging in English, but if others are like me, I don’t keep the packaging of my products in use. This serum is meant to be put on your face after first having cleansed it, and prior to any moisturizers. Overall, I truly like this product, but I do also wish that it was at a lower price point.

Packed with good ingredients, but some potential irritants
I got this for my normal but "mature" skin, which can use some lifting and firming. I haven't used it long enough to say whether or not it is working, but I can say that it is packed with good ingredients like collagen extract, sunflower seed oil, niacinamide and adenosine. There are some perfuming ingredients like Citronellol, Geraniol, Linalool Rosa, Damascena Flower Oil and Rosa Damascena Flower Water which may be irritants for sensitive skin.

Sort of a strange moisturizer ampoule in that it's beige and looks like a tinted moisturizer but when applied it blends into the skin and you can't tell it has color in it. Collagen effects are always beneficial but I don't know how much of a difference I saw from using this product specifically. Works okay I think. Would not buy again.

It seems to be working
I like how hydrated this serum is—this V. Collagen heart fit ampoule arrived in a red box with a printed date of 2025.10.31. Besides the ingredients being written in English, most of the imprints are in Korean, making it hard to understand how to use them with the best result. After it had been applied after cleansing and toning for 2 nights. I liked how the slight layer on the top of the skin created a protected barrier that helped to maintain the moisturization effect on the skin during sleep. My face felt more radiated, firmer, and hydrated. The faith scent of mixed ingredients is pleasant. I endure the vegan formula and found it helpful for my sensitive skin.

Very moisturizing but a bit oily
The serum is very moisturizing, but a bit oily. It makes my face look a bit too greasy and I didn't see any firming or smoothing benefits. It also does not layer well with other creams and toners in my case. Maybe with longer use I'll be able to see firming effect, however, as of now, it seems to only be a moisturizing serum. For people sensitive to fragrance, the scent is quite strong and smells a bit like rose. The bottle is very attractive and made of glass and looks beautiful on my dresser though.

Not a bad product, but the price is too high
Overall, it's a good product, the skin is soft and moisturized after using it. But I didn't see any rejuvenating effect. In addition, there is stickiness and a strong shine on the skin. I applied it only at night instead of cream, because I have oily skin, but then I stopped using it altogether because it doesn't do its functions (except moisturizing) that are stated in it.
