Great toner for blemishes
This toner is part of the new Mizon Goodbye Blemish line and is the second step after cleansing skin. I applied this toner in the morning with a thin cotton pad to my face and neck. My skin immediately absorbed it. The texture of the toner is light, hydrating and did not make my face greasy, tight or irritated. This is a plus since I have sensitive, combination, acne prone skin. This toner definitely helps with my oily t-zone specially my nose where skincare products just slide off my nose (its so oily). What makes this toner stand out to me is the amazing ingredients. The second ingredient is Glycerin which is a great humectant and the 4th ingredient is Niacinamide which is great for improving acne, rosacea, atopic dermatitis, reducing pores. Salicylic acid (BHA) exfoliates the skin both on the surface and in the pores, treats blackheads and its anti-inflammatory. Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Extract is soothing and an astringent. I am currently using this toner with the Goodbye Blemishes cleanser and gel moisturizer and I think this combination is improving my skin and controlling my oily nose. Overall, I really like this toner and it is great for anyone who wants to keep blemishes at bay and improve their overall skin's health. This is also great for anyone with sensitive skin. Mizon does it again
Mizon's newest line is the Good Bye Blemish series and they are not here to disappoint. I've use Mizon products in the past but it was mainly for the snail based series. If you are looking for a toner that will help you lock in additional moisture into your skin this is a really good one. I generally have a combination type skin with my skin being more dry in the winter and more oily in the summer. This toner will work for all season and It's not too oily. I noticed that using this I saw less breakouts on my skin which is amazing. I use it right after using my cleanser in my skincare routine in both the AM and PM.

Toner reduces sebum
The Mizon Good Bye Blemish Fresh Toner works well on my combination sensitive skin. I was worried that it would cause redness, sensitivity or irritation but it helped reduce oiliness/sebum without causing any irritation. I did not use it everyday, but would use it on days when I felt I was going to break out or if it was very hot and humid.

Non-dehydrating toner that helps with oild control...
This toner is a clear liquid with a very low viscosity and no sticky feeling. I apply it with cotton balls to my problem areas especially the nose triangle where it can get oily easily. The toner is very mild with no skin reaction and almost no scent. My skin absorbs it very quickly and no chemical residue nor sting remains on my face. After use, any oiliness has been removed and my face does not feel dehydrated (as many other products cause). For my, this clean effect can last a full day! At about 21USD for 4oz, it is not outrageously priced and it seems to work well so far. I am rating it four stars. As always, your mileage and preferences may vary...

It works well, but no better then my normal $10 toner, but READ ON!
This is a nice toner that cleanses my skin, leaves it soft and oil free, at least for a little while. I’m insanely oily! But I don’t see any ‘miracles’ as far as reducing sebum production, overall. If a product could do that I’d pay almost any amount, but I doubt I’ll find something THAT incredible, to make a long-term impact there, but here’s to hoping! Anyway, it is a refreshing product. It glides on without an ounce of burning or redness on my sensitive skin. Always a big bonus for me. I’m overall happy with it, but to be honest, it does NOT seem any better, as of yet, then my $10 store brand I have used for years. I’m not saying that it’s not worthy of its price, but for me, a toner is pretty basic, and there’s not much that it’s going to do overall to really WOW you, so I don’t usually pay too much for one. That being said, it doesn’t have any negatives about it to complain of. It gets the job done, but for me.. there aren’t any miracles, so with this toner, I’ll be sticking with my current brand, and saving some bucks. I’ll give this product 3.5 stars overall. Acne prone skin be gone!
I ordered this toner to work in conjunction with the Mizon Goodbye blemish low ph cleanser face wash for my teenage son, who has awfully bad acne prone skin. We’ve tried many products trying to control his oily/acne prone skin, and hadn’t had much success until now. Within 4-5 days of regular use of these products, we all noticed a visible reduction in the acne on his face, his face just looked much clearer and has continued to improve with consistent use. It’s been nothing but a positive experience for us. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to control acne, and keep it at bay!

Helped with my skin

Soothing multi-tasker
This is sooo much better than the horribly drying products of my youth. Power punch of niacinamide, salicylic acid, copper peptide, tea tree extract, and soothing willow bark extract plus many more all-star ingredients. Apply with hands, not cotton pads!
I’m impressed. This toner REALLY cleared up my breakouts. I tried applying the toner using cotton pads at first, but didn’t see much results. I switched to applying the toner directly to my skin and rubbing it in with my hands and saw WAY better success. Using a cotton pad will just waste this great product.
