3 seconds. No need to keep this in hair for long period of time for it to work. This is what makes me endeared to this product. No hassle. Wash hair, rinse, slather this on from scalp to tip. Massage in. Then rinse out. Done! Save the box if you need instructions, or for a lot more detail do a search for this product and check out their product page or Korean beauty seller site. Impressive stuff. My hair looks good, feels good, smells good, and my hair is not weighed down. Just healthy. That was with one use! I only wash my hair 2-3x per week, so I love that this doesnt weigh down my hair or make it look greasy or weird. My hair: nearly waist length, medium thickness, mix of waves and curls, natural hair (no dye- yet) with grays coming in. So.. dry and always in need of help. This helps! yay! I am familiar with and like Mizon skin care, so trying this hair care product adds to my favorable impression of the company.

Good Spreadability, Seems To Speed Up Dry Time, No Weighty Residue
The Mizon Salon 3-in-1 Hair Treatment comes in a 5oz green poly-plastic tube with a narrowing applicator tip. It retails for ~$22 as of this writing; suitably packaged and priced. To use, you cleanse your hair with your regular shampoo, condition, and or move along to apply the treatment. Unscrew the cap, dispense, and work the creamy champagne-brown product through the roots and massage it to the ends. I used the narrow tip to apply to my roots and then squeezed some into my palm for the rest of my hair. It has good, lightweight spreadability with a weird, mild scent. Considering the copious amounts of herbal essential oils and extracts, I'm not surprised it has an herby medicinal smell. After a few minutes, I rinsed my hair, and the treatment didn't leave any weight or residue. After getting out of the shower, I noticed the time it took for my hair to air dry was noticeably less. My locks are naturally thin and delicate, not colored or damaged, and don't take long to dry (less than an hour). They started to dry in half the time with this treatment but didn't feel dehydrated, stripped, or weighed down. It seems gentle enough for regular use, non-irritating or heavy.

Smells great; works good.
It goes on your hair when wet and feels like a soothing lotion. Does not create much lather as you massage it into your scalp. A light rinse afterward is it. My hair felt soft and scalp soothe. The ingredients that makes up this product are premium nutrients for healthy hair. The only questions I needed to answer was how does it work, how long to work, and how does it smell. I was able to answer all of those questions with an affirmative. I would recommend this product to promote healthy growing hair.

seems to work just fine
Reading the directions on the website is confusing, And looking at the pictures makes it worse - the middle picture where you apply the treatment is dry, while the first and third pictures are wet. The box has directions. You are supposed to wash your hair, apply this and then rinse making sure you get all the soap out. What??? Anyway, I put some in my dry hair for the moment then I will go wash and apply again. My dry hair ate it up.

Honest review here. I found this great condition worked well on my medium length hair that is thin but dry.... I needed major help. I love that it is moisturizing and helps with damage but does not weight hair down or leave a heavy residue. I love that it is strengthening but leaves your hair soft and untangled. I love that it contains vitamins and proteins to repair hair and restore weakness. It also has collagen to nourish and help with dryness. You apply in shower after shampoo.... I leave in for about 1 minute and rinse. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I never knew!
I've been using Mizon K-beauty skincare for a few years and I love everything I've tried. This conditioner is no exception. It smells great, takes care of my color-treated damaged hair without stripping the color, and gives me volume. The directions are lost a little in translation, but I use this like a heavy-duty conditioner.

Smells wonderful. Has helped my hair.
I've been trying various things I've seen on youtube to cover grey and as a result I've damaged my hair terribly. This Salon Master conditioner is wonderful. It smells great, covers well and really seems to be working in undoing some of the damage to my hair. My main issue was these harsh treatments I've tried made my hair so brittle it was breaking when I did anything. Since I've used this conditioner I have a noticeably reduced amount of broken hair. It could be that all the weak hair is broken off now but since I'm seeing my hair in better shape overall, I'm going to attribute the improvement to this hair treatment. If you plan to try some of the youtube hair treatments, I suggest getting a tube of this to have on hand for the recovery.
