Cleanest shave of my life. Plus my face smells really good.
Not really my cup of tea. I use Speick with a brush, and Speick is creamier, lathers up better, and gives a better shave, at half the price. In addition, I happen to like the Speick odor (which is distinctive, in line with lavender--so it's a personal taste), while I'm less keen on the Buckthorn odor (like a strong orange scent blended with an earthy scent, like mushrooms). Another product in this space is L'Occitane CADE Shaving Cream, which is 2x more expensive again, and has the same problems--not as creamy and has an odor that I don't warm up to.
One of the best shaving creams, equivalent to Penhaligon's with better scent.

This is a very nice shaving cream that reduces friction for your razor while the aloe keeps your skin moisturized. You don't need a lot to have a great shaving experience, two pea sized dollops on the cheeks spread around will do the trick.

Bought this product and “Viking” brand shave cream. I have other MUHLE products but was using a shave cream brand from London that is no longer available, so I bought this and Viking to try. I am VERY IMPRESSED!!! My old product from London was Great! But MUHLE BLEW THEM AWAY!!! I have used MenRock, The Art of Shaving, and Viking now before this, and I will NEVER go back! Viking brand left Several cuts with straight razor, this one left 0!! MenRock occasionally left a cut or two depending on how quickly I was shaving, but can’t say enough about MUHLE! 3 stars because when I ordered, product description said 1lb of crème…. Product is 2.5fl oz… EXPENSIVE compared to other options and brands, but WORTH IT!
