Purchased for relief from sinusitis. I used this as directed for 3 days, then my nose started bleeding. I stopped using it and had a painful nose for 2 weeks, I didn't use any other products in that period hoping it would clear up. I visited my GP after that and was told the lining of my nose was ulcerated. I can't say definitively that it was this spray that damaged my nose but I would suggest use with caution.
Truly recommend this particular I have had chronic nose block and lack of sense of smell for years. So nice to smell thing in the morning rather than later in the day. I can enjoy food a lot better too

This didn’t work for us, after spraying, my nose felt like it was on fire. There was a burning sensation for some time, then nothing apart from a continued blocked nose.

1) Blow your nose.
2) Gently insert the spray nozzle into the nose and spray 1-2 times into each nostril. Before doing this, take a deep breath.
3) Tilt your head back and pinch your nostrils a couple of times.
4) Inhale deeply to distribute the solution evenly over the nasal mucosa.
5) After use, wipe the nozzle with warm water and a tissue.
6) Repeat the procedure 4 times a day, the recommended course is 7-10 days.
Warnings: Use only as directed! Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in the aerosol. To avoid the spread of infection, the aerosol is for one user only. If you experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Store at room temperature in a dry place out of the reach of children!
