Clean and protected
Love this shampoo. I’ve been using Paul Mitchell many years and usually get the extra body line but decided to try a color protect. It works. My color lasted all month when usually I can’t wait to get to the salon. I don’t see any gray after 4 weeks. This will save me money because I can space my hair appointments farther apart. Good smell and light weight it did not make my hair greasy or weigh it down and I have thin hair but this was perfect. Will definitely buy again at this good price.

Not an overwhelming scent
My partner has scent sensitivity so when anything smells too strong (even if it smells good), it gives him a headache or just a negative reaction overall. I went on the hunt and asked ChatGPT to suggest some hydrating shampoos that didn’t have a strong scent. I also didn’t want to go completely scentless. This popped up as a “recommendation” even though the data hasn’t been updated since 2021 😝 I purchased the travel size to be safe. Once the order came, I let my partner do a sniff test and he said it wasn’t strong enough to drive his senses up the wall! I was glad I didn’t have to go the unscientific route. I prefer having a nice pleasant scent than nothing at all. This was a winner. Thanks Mr. Mitchell, you saved our relationship!

The picture for the conditioner is wrong. Read the fine print. It is only 300 ml/ 10/14 fl.oz. Not as big as the shampoo which comes in the bottle pictured and is 500 ml/16.9 fl. oz.

Color Protect Conditioner is wonderful
Only 3 products have turned my hair around: Aveda Damage Remedy Conditioner, Olaplex, Kerastase, and this conditioner. I do not recommend the shampoo from this color protect line (Kerastase is superior), but this color protect conditioner somehow worked as a miracle. Highly recommend this conditioner. It rinses clean, yet there is a silky slip to the hair immediately from rinsing through drying... but no residue feel. Great!

Not worth the buy in my opnion. I have long wavy/curly dry colored hair and I didnt notice a difference. Very watery thin formula I would have to use so much of it to cover my hair and its expensive for what you get. I love Paul Mitchell products but not this one.

Hair feels weighed down and sticky/greasy
I’ve purchased this product before in a smaller bottle and liked it. This time I purchased the larger bottle and the product leaves my hair weighed down and greasy/sticky feeling despite extra rinsing. I’m not sure if the formula changed but for my fine and soft hair this is not working. Unfortunately, I am past my eligible return date. Will not purchase again.

Absolute worst conditioner I have ever used!
This is the absolute worst conditioner I have ever used. The product will not rinse off correctly leaving your hair sticky. It's wild! I thought Paul Mitchell was a good product, but this has ruined my my view on all their products and I will never purchase anything from them again. Not sure what you're getting for product
Being a hairdresser i know that conditioner, and shampoo, should come with a peel off top under the cover. This didn't have the seal so there could be a number of other of types of conditioner. Your not guaranteed your getting a paul Mitchell product. Still worked as regular conditioner and smelled very similar
