Goodbye "bad hair" days!
After losing my hair to chemo and radiation which I happily did because I am now a cancer survivor, I was left with hair that was both curly and straight and hard to do much with. My stylist recommended the shampoo and conditioner to me and after just a few uses, I saw my hair normalizing. Instead of having random curly areas, I found my hair was becoming more consistently straight so I could dry it in a chin length style( shorter in back, longer on the sides) and not have one side and half of the back curl up while the rest just hung. It also makes my hair much more manageable without being too soft and overconditioned ( read, oily looking). I highly recommend this product and will look into their other ones because of my experience with their shampoo and conditioner.

Great scent and doesn’t weigh hair down
The bottles are nice packaging, a little goes a long way, and the smell is pleasant. As far as it thickening my hair or promoting hair growth, I cannot attest to that as it’s only been used twice. I will update as I use it more. I will say it does not wear my hair down like many hair conditioners and I’ll like it so far. I did buy this with the shampoo by the same brand with the biotin. I can tell a difference in the volume and shininess of my hair after several uses. I will buy both again.

This Conditioner Is Great…but the price
I bought this conditioner when I kept seeing it on an acquaintance’s Instagram (she sells for LTK). I finally tried some because her hair looks fantastic. I have to say it is really good. But the bottle is comically small. I also have very long hair past my waist so conditioner doesn’t last super long. I don’t know if I’d get this again due to the size compared to the price. I do recommend trying it to see if you really love it, because I agree that it did improve the shininess of my hair. I liked the scent it was sort of a cedar warm scent not super perfumed and fruity or coconut like womens hair products typically are.

7/10, Not the Worst, but Not the Best
Solid 7/10. It’s moisturizing, but not the most moisturizing. I have thin, decently healthy hair, and even still, I sometimes find I need to add more. It’s a small, expensive bottle too so that’s not great. Once I leave the shower, my hair doesn’t seem dry like some conditioners do once you’re out of the shower, so that’s nice. But it’s also not super soft. 7/10 FS

I have to say I was excited about the reviews. I have very fine thin hair. It is never going to get any better in its own! One reviewer ( not from amazon) stated she saw the difference after the second use. Me, not so much! I have been using it for about two weeks, I see little difference. I will say, I love the scent. Also, it that’s VERY little to get a rich latter going. This bottle may last a couple of years! I am not sure if continued use with help my hair but it is a nice shampoo. I also bought the conditioner and feel the same about that. So, as it is expensive, I may not use the products again but the vendor was fine. Items came I less than 24 hrs! Yes, received it the same day I ordered! Vendor was great but not sure I would buy this again.

Not thickening but some pros to note:
Pros: Hair is shinier & smoother. Smells great. Wash lasts for 24+ hrs and my hair doesn't get greasy quickly like when I wash with a cheap shampoo. Hair feels soft. Bottles have lasted for almost a month and I still have leftover for next month. Con: My hair feels, if possible, finer than before I used this product; not thickening at all. None of the pros make up for the fact that it doesn't do what it's supposed to do which is thicken up fine hair. Super expensive for the *tiny* bottle. $29 shampoo + $29 conditioner...nope! Does my hair feel $60 better and thicker? No.

Product may work but the scent is unbearable
I was excited to use this product based on the comments about how well it works as a thickener, but just used it for the first time this morning and while my hair looks nice, the scent is so unpleasant and SO strong. It has the scent of like a men’s cologne, and I honestly may need to take a second shower today just to try to get this scent out. It’s giving me a headache the way sitting in a car with a guy doused in cologne would smell, and it’s permeating. Decent Product-Poor Packaging
I thought the shampoo and conditioner were okay and probably did improve the look of my hair in terms of volume. I did not like the bottles. It was impossible to get the thick conditioner to come through the flip top lid. I doubt the plastic bottles are recyclable. I switched to the brand with the refillable aluminum bottles. That product works at least as well, is easier to use and the bottles can definitely be recycled.

It arrived without a lid!
The conditioner arrived without a lid. The seal on the product was still intact, but there was no lid to the bottle when I opened the package. How on earth did that get missed. I’m still using it since the seal wasn’t broken and didn’t appear to be tampered with but it’s a bit disconcerting to spend this kind of money and you don’t get a lid to your bottle. How do manage that after you open the product? Good thing I still had my old bottle of conditioner. I just used the lid from that. We will see if the product is the quality I’ve come to expect or not.

Conditioner helps the shampoo
I bought this shampoo & conditioner after getting their waterfall moisture lotion (i love that product). I've been using it for about a month. I'm not super disappointed but I'm not a fan of the smell. It smells a bit masculine to me. The shampoo does leave my hair feeling super dry (while in the shower), but after using the conditioner that goes with it, it's fine. I feel like the conditioner does its job. Harsh chemicals leave hair dry and brittle prone to breakage and hair loss
Horrible product. Left my hair extremely dry and brittle. Same experience with several other RH+CO Products as well. Terrible scent too, smells like chemicals. Had very bad effects on my hair, it would come out in clumps and break off constantly. Running my fingers through it was like running your fingers along sand dunes. Could not drag a brush through it. Was a big puffy mess. Also tried samples of the television perfect shampoo and conditioner, absolute crap product too. Somehow that was even more drying than this stuff. I tried another conditioner finally and IMMEDIATE night and day difference. No more breaking, no more clumps of hair coming out, at all. I was losing handfuls of hair with this stuff, not i might have a few hairs a day come out. Horrible stuff. Avoid the entire product line. The conditioner I switched to is from a brand that makes the most expensive red light therapy helmets on amazon and it works wonderfully. My hair is very manageable, not dry at all, and not puffy anymore. I will never buy anything from this rh+co brand ever again.
