I am definitely a self care skin care girlie and I love different products. Most of my toners have had very low viscosity but this milky time turner definitely leaves my skin feeling hydrated. I have dry skin, and thus has been great for maintaining my natural skin barrier in this desert Arizona heat. No complaints

Light texture calming toner. No stickiness. Came in nice plastic bottle. The expiration date is showing in both outer box and the bottle. I feel comfortable using this toner since it is "Paraben-free and Chemical-free. Free from 20 harmful ingredients and made with Skin-Loving Ingredients Only." No redness or reactions from using this toner.
I really love this toner, it might be the best toner I've ever tried. My favorite thing is that it has a thicker almost gel like consistency, so it's easy to apply with my hands instead of a cotton ball or pad. I also don't waste any because I can control how much I shake out of the bottle. The thicker consistency also means it's easy to spread on my face and control where it goes. It absorbs quickly. It is ultra hydrating and calms the redness I normally have on my cheeks. It doesn't leave an oily or sticky residue behind, and it's easy to layer my other skincare products on top of it. It doesn't have any fragrance that I can detect. I can't say enough good things about this toner, I highly recommend it.
This toner is extremely moisturizing and has no harsh smell. It goes on very smooth and light. It left my face feeling clean, soft and a tiny bit more even toned. I follow up with my daily/nightly serums/oils/moisturizers. No negative reactions.
I love S.Korean skin care products and this one proved me right again! This toner comes in a large bottle which comes out easily, dab on face, absorbs quickly and a great base for other moisturizer! I actually tried it alone at night and it really made my face moist and supple! It really hydrates well! The price is more than fair, it absorbs quickly, spreads evenly and you don't need to use much. The ingredients are Echinacea which calms and soothes; hydracell QS for hydration; wild strawberry leaf extract for aging skin; and propandiol for glow. Chemical free and Paraben free! Very nice, very moisturizing, great for sensitive/dry skin. Works well for me!
This toner is lovely. It doesn't irritate or sting like some toners, but keeps my skin dewy and supple all day. Since it is for drier skin, and I'm mostly an oily/dehyrated skin type, I sometimes just skimp out on my normal moisturizer and just use this for my wake-up wash. It's been perfect for colder dry weather as well, as it soothes nicely after being out in the frigid air all day.
This toner has no scent and it is easy to apply. It feels a bit sticky at first until it absorbs and dries. It's hydrating and works well in combination with my moisturizer. It is made in Korea and comes in a large bottle that should last a while. Thanks for reading this review. Have a lovely day 🌹
This is a gentle, soothing, and moisturizing toner. Very light scent that goes away quickly. The consistency is on the more viscous side for a toner, thicker than water. The top dispenses the product drop by drop, making sure you won't use too much or waste any. The 6.8 oz bottle will last a very long time. It would be nice if there was a little more information on the box/bottle that was English other than the ingredient list. I asked my Korean co-worker to help me understand the instructions on the box and he said that after washing the face, you spread the product on your face with hands or on a cotton applicator and let absorb. It is to help with wrinkles and whitening. Store out of direct sunlight.

As someone who's really into skincare, I always check whether moisturizing products have a cell size of less than 500 Da. This toner caught my attention because it not only contains a high amount of Echinacea Extract but also includes a patented agent, hydracell-OS, which is below 500 Daltons. This likely explains why my skin remains moisturized for an extended period after using this toner (just remember to seal in the moisture with cream or oil afterwards).
I have dehydrated mature skin, I've been using this hydrating toner since I received it and it is great for that extra hydration one needs, a little goes a long way so it will last a long time, I have noticed my skin is more supple since I've been using this toner in my day and night skincare routine. It arrived very well packaged in a box as well as a seal. I recommend this to anyone who may need added hydration.
This is a fabulous gentle toner that works well for sensitive or dry skin. It boasts some interesting skincare technology as well. According to the description it includes some ingredients that need to be a certain size in order to penetrate the skin. Many other products include these ingredients but they are typically too big to actually penetrate your skin! Apparently this toner has included sone really high quality ingredients. The toner itself feels much less harsh dnd drying than traditional toners, especially the ones we used in the 90’s. I would recommend this for anyone but especially those with drier or more sensitive skin.
This skin toner is luxurious and calming for after shower care. I even apply it after shaving my face and it calms the redness and irritation I occasionally get after a shave. I usually follow up with a skin serum and moisturizer last when it’s dry winter weather. This is an excellent addition to a skincare routine.
Works very well. I have sensitive combination skin, and this helps hydrate my dryer areas. No real detectable scent, which is great for me. Feels nice on the skin and I can layer this on a few times and feel even more hydrated.
I'm surprised by how much I like this toner. This is not a harsh astringent toner like the kinds I used as a teenager to help clear breakouts. This is a gentle hydrating toner that prepares your face for the rest of your skincare routine. Out of the toners I own, I like this eyedropper style top the best. I'm able to precisely dispense the amount I want to use - usually 5-6 drops. I dispense it onto the palm of my hands, then pat my palms against my face. You could also use a cotton ball. The smell is fresh with maybe some very light herbal undertones. The color is a little milky, and it's also a little thicker than my other toners. I really like this product and their emphasis on nature. I feel it does a great job at moisturizing my face (for a toner) and preparing it for the next steps in my routine.
I love this toner so much. I already finished my first bottle, and now I’m seriously thinking about getting my next one. Once you use this toner, it’s really hard to go back to anything else. It’s perfect for people with dry skin because it feels almost like an essence, thick, soft, and super hydrating. During the cold, this toner gives my skin the deep moisture it needs, and in the summer, I can even use it alone without any essence or serum. It leaves my skin feeling plump, calm, and refreshed every time. Honestly, once you try this toner, you won’t want to use any other toner again!

This is an unscented generously sized bottle of toner. The product is consistency of runny kefir, it feels jelly like but runny at the same time. It dries leaving a hydrated luminous but non sticky skin. It lasted very well with my other serums and creams. It's pricy but the bottle is huge and will last a long time.
I like this toner - it feels soothing to the skin, and has no smell It is a little unintuitive how to get the toner out of the bottle though - the first use, you peel off the foil sticker under the cap, and then, every time you shake the bottle upside down, one drop comes out (I generally need at least 3 drops to cover my face), and then you need to flip the bottle right side up before trying to get another drop to come out
This toner is gentle enough I was able to use it on my face and chest after getting just a touch too much sun recently. No irritation at all, just a nice cooling that helped clean and calm. I don't normally use toner in place of cleanser but I was trying to minimize messing with my skin right then. It's nice for every day use as well. Has a pleasant scent that dissipates fairly quickly. The consistency isn't too watery and the bottle lets you dispense it by drops, you don't really pour it out. Leaves my skin feeling hydrated and smooth.
easily the most gentle, skin-friendly toner i have ever used, not the super astringent toner i'm used to, and i am loving it! there is no burn, it actually feels nice and soothing on the skin. I can't tell any real scent from it, which i like, and it leaves my skin feeling moisturized and healthy. over all I'm really impressed, this is going to be my toner of choice moving forward!
This feels refreshing and soothing. Not sure of long term effects yet but I like the herbal content. I bit pricy so continued use will depend on how endured use plays out on my skin.
I love this toner, it works really well and I love how it makes my skin feels. I alternate between this product and the ordinary toner and it's done wonders for my face! I like how this isn't as harsh as the ordinary toner and it allows my skin to relax for a bit. I love how there's no scent and it's easy to apply. $27 is a bit of price, not sure if it's worth that much, but overall great quality.
I really like this toner but I took off a star because it’s on the expensive side. It’s definitely thicker than other toners. You can easily apply it with your fingertips. It has hyaluronic acid and echinacea, plus another ingredient called Hydracell-QS. The hydra cell is supposed to be so small that it can penetrate deep into your skin, so it can provide deeper moisturizing. I use this after cleansing and before serum. It does leave my skin feeling soft and supple. One thing I don’t like is the name. “Rawquest” sounds like a creepy adult film. Yuck.
I really enjoyed this echinacea toner from Raw Quest. It is infused with 41% echinacea extract, which I have used in the past as a immune booster supplement and never for the skin. It is quite hydrating in conjunction with the hyaluronic acid and maintains the moisture level in my skin throughout the night. It comes in a keyhole dropper so you do have to shake the bottle a bit for the product to dispense but the texture is quite light so it spreads quickly and does not require too much to cover the face. Overall, I think this is a suitable for someone with dry to normal skin.
The toner itself is really good, it goes on easily and leaves my skin nice and soft. It is Paraben-free and Chemical-free which is a big plus for me. My only negative is it comes in a hard bottle and it only dispensed a few drops at a time. So really my rating is 5 for the product and 4 for the bottle.
This toner does an adequate job of moisturizing my skin, and the light fragrance is pleasant. I can't apply it to a cotton ball though, because it just won't come out of the bottle. I realize that sounds ridiculous, but the only way I can use it is to shake the bottle over my palm, and then blot a cotton ball into the small resulting puddle. It's way more work than it should be. I wasn't sure whether I could just blot it onto my face from my palm, because there are no directions that I could read on the bottle. It feels ok, but I'm not sure I want to work this hard for it.
The Moisturizer is ok, it did not come with instructions, they were all in Chinese. This threw me off as I could mot understand how the product works.
