I usually buy this product from my local salon but thought I would save $10 and buy online. It was definitely diluted. This conditioner is usually so thick it’s hard to get out of the bottle but this product is runny. I even tried shaking it up but it didn’t help. Unfortunate.
I’m 76 and my hair is getting thinner. My hair stylist recommended this product. My hair feels soft and somewhat thicker after I use it. Light fragrance. Doesn’t weigh my hair down. Love it!

I didn’t realize until I spoke with my hairdresser. But this conditioner expires after 12 months. It’s vegan. Bought expired product. Not cool. Luckily it was still okay. But it shouldn’t be sold to people like that. Not Refs fault, it’s the seller. Bought in March 2026
Was much more at the hairdressers, love this product! I use is a couple times a week at night and sleep with it in my hair ( which is VERY dry) then rinse of in the am. Make my hair look hydrated and healthy. Can also use as a conditioner on a daily basis but like to rotate my products.

I have a lot of hair, but it's fine. This is just way too heavy, and I've seen no other benefits after using it for quite some time.
Concerned that there is no safety seal. Product smells like hand soap and is very watered down. It does not seem like the real product. Possibly tossing out and repurchasing somewhere where I feel safe about what is in the bottle.
