I’m giving this product four stars only so the review won’t be hidden. I’ve notice all bad reviews were hidden. I don’t believe this is the real product. I can’t be sure but I’ve used this same product before purchased from my salon and loved it. This formula has a build up and flattens my hair. I’m not happy. Especially for how expensive it was.

I love REF products. This shampoo has done so much for my hair. I bleached my hair bright blonde, doing so much damage to my hair and this shampoo has been so repairing and has brought my hair back to its natural thick long locks. This shampoo is so repairing. The scent is very nice, the shampoo is thick and soft. The volume of my hair has grown so much since the damage I’ve done by bleaching my hair.

It’s been almost 3 weeks without delivery and finally was scheduled to arrive today. Suddenly, over a week was added to my estimated package arrival. Just spoke with Amazon representative who confirmed the seller is out of stock. I would not use the seller again as they do not honor their own sales, shipping time, or update their customer when their orders are being delayed. Love the shampoo, but not worth a one month wait! Update: I hated the shipping time but can’t hate on the shampoo quality. Absolutely love it…
Amazing after first use
REF is very underrated and has great products. I recently started using their shampoo and conditioner and have been impressed. I have very thin and fine hair and they don't make my hair feel greasy or heavy. Sometimes the shampoo is hard to lather, but overall, I enjoy their line.

I have a lot of hair, but it's fine. This isn't a terrible shampoo, it's just too heavy, Same deal with the matching conditioner. I've also tried the hydrating conditioner and the thickening spray, and didn't care for those. This brand just isn't for me.
Just like the conditioner, no safety seal. My hairstylist had this product in the past and he no longer sells it at his salon. It doesn’t smell right or feel right. Perhaps it was tampered with.
