Doesn't inflame rosacea!
I love salicylic cleaners and creams for controlling my adult acne, but my cheeks started developing rosacea when I turned thirty. Salicylic and rosacea do not go well together. I alternate days between this magic cream all over my face and 2 different Neutrogena face creams (one with salicylic across my chin, jaw, and forehead). It completely stopped the breakouts on my cheeks I was having trouble treating and at least doesn't make me breakout any where else
