Balm will not come out of bottle
This product is packaged with a pump spray that will not pump the balm out of the bottle. Balm is much too thick for the pump. Since the product is not eligible to be returned, I will never purchase a Trefitt and Hill product again. Extremely disappointed with this purchase as the product is useless and worthless!

Pump that won't work
While the after Shave Balm is fine, getting to it is another thing. It's the story of, The Pump Is Broken And Won't Work, hence you can't get to the stuff inside. I wish they made a simple bottle with a screw on top. So I wont get screwed.

No trace of lime that I can detect
Consistency was good. I haven't suffered any post-shaving rashes since I switched to it, so it probably does contain aloe. I was satisfied with my previous lime balm but wanted to try something more like a lotion than a cream. I am sorry to say it has no lime fragrance whatsoever.

sever inflamation
I applied this product and had severe inflammation on my face and itching for days and needed to get cortisone to suppress this severe inflammation. I did not have the same thing with the the shaving cream from the same company. tried to return the product through amazone but this item specifically was unreturnable and I don't know the reason. I wish to have a refund because I had lots of problems with it.
