Great for skin and joints
Ok so I started taking this for my joints after a total hysterectomy with the added bonus it may help my dry skin. It is not going to make you look ten years younger! What is has done is made my skin feel hydrated giving it a glow. I sometimes forget to put moisturiser on which is testimony to what it’s doing. It has really helped my joint pain, I can tell when I haven’t taken it for a while. As it is costly I tend to take it every other day now but I would suggest doing a few weeks every day first. Tastes fine too!!

Shiny skin, hair and stronger nails.
A friend recommended the Gold "Forte" collegen programme and after twelve days I can honestly say my skin, hair and nails have really started shining even though I've just turned seventy. Just what I needed. A great product which does what is says on the box.

Good!
I’ve been using these dinky little bottles of gold collagen on and off for a while now. The flavour is tangy but tasty and they are easy to swallow. I’m not sure how effective they are, but I do notice a difference if I haven’t used them for a while so hopefully they are making a difference. The only downside is the price. They are very expensive. I got this box on Prime Day so I made quite a good saving, but the normal price is a bit ridiculous.
