Many times I have a period of my day where I feel the need to give my face a bit of a cleansing and want something more than just tap water. Not necessarily in a situation where I want to take the time and trouble to go through an entire cleansing routine with additional skincare products. Often it's when I've been working outside or have worked up a sweat and need to refreshen my skin. This works great to remove all of that perspiration, dust, pollen and other stuff that might have adhered to my skin. It's very clean and extremely gentle on the skin. Balances the ph level so it's not drying at all. Also, it will not add any slick moisturizers which I might not be ready for at the time. Besides, I don't like to add them to my face unless I've given it a thorough cleansing for fear of clogging up the pores. This cleansing water will work well with your other cleansers, both before or after use. This is also good to use along any other part of the body that might need a wipe down or some hydration. I like to use it along my neck and chest and sometimes along the arms. Wherever might need some quick cleansing at the time. There is no scent at all to this cleansing water and is extremely gentle on the skin. Good for all skin types and seems as though it would be excellent for those with sensitive skin.

Hands down, best Cleanser/cleansing water ever!
I absolutely love this Cell Fusion C Low pH Cleansing Water! Seriously this is my holy grail, best product ever. I have sensitive, allergy prone, oily skin that’s very sensitive to fragrance. It’s hard to find good skincare that can handle sensitive and oily skin at the same time. This Cell Fusion C Cleansing Water has no problem tackling my skin at all. I also love that it has no fragrance. This very thoroughly cleans my skin and is the best product I’ve used in regards to removing all of my make up. I like to use non-oily make up removers that can remove it all fast. I used to stick with another brand’s micellar water with cornflower and was impressed that it only took using 2 cotton rounds to remove all of my waterproof eye make up. Cell Fusion C’s cleansing water has them beat. It’s even better as I only need to use 1 cotton round to remove all of my waterproof eye make up! This product leaves my skin perfectly moisturized with out being too dry and with out leaving me with oily skin. It gives my skin more of a matte look and it leaves my skin softer than any other product I’ve used before. I wasn’t expecting this at all but this Cell Fusion C Cleansing Water has made a difference in the size of my pores, lessened blackheads and even lessened a bit of my forehead lines. I can’t recommend this Cell Fusion C Cleansing Water enough. Hands down, best skincare product I own.

Great between face washes
I have very sensitive skin (like turns red just from applying lotion, and peels every time I wash it with my sensitive face wash). My face ends up feeling oily after sleeping, which results in my nose being red the next day for some reason. I love how this gets rid of the oil in the morning, calms the redness, and does not irritate my skin. It actually lathers the slightest bit, so I know it is actually cleaning. Plus it removes my eyebrow pencil and mascara very well.

The size of this bottle of cleansing water from Cell Fusion C is enormous! I've pictured it next to a 12 ounce can of sparkling water, for scale. You get 16.9 fl. oz. of cleanser in a thick plastic bottle that features a 'press & pump' dispenser, with a locking cap that snaps down to secure the pump top from accidental dispersion. I really like this packaging because it prevents leaks & spills, AND it was designed for one-handed use. This cleansing water is *AMAZING* at removing sunscreen & waterproof makeup!! It's tough on eyeliner & mascara, but gentle on delicate eyelid skin. I generally use this as a first cleanse - a couple swipes of this on a bamboo cotton round, and makeup wipes right off. There is no need to rinse, so I go straight into my foaming cleanser from there. This product is fragrance free, but it does have a light citrus scent naturally occurring from the herbal extracts used in the formula. 1) I love the huge bottle of product you get. The current price of $19.99 is quite acceptable to me. 2) I love that it does not at all bother my very sensitive, rosacea stricken, delicate, aging skin. 3) I love the way I can push on the top to quickly & easily expel the product. I don’t have to tip it over, risking a spill. 4) I love that it gets every trace of ICK and makeup out of my pores, AFTER cleansing. BUT…. This definitely has the consistency & works as if it is a toner and NOT an overall, facial cleanser. I couldn’t just use this, ‘water-consistency type’ of product, to remove all of my foundation, etc. This just would not be enough for me. If you didn’t wear any makeup at all, maybe you could get away with it, but It’s not powerful enough for a face full of makeup in which I use a cleansing cloth, foam cleanser and THEN a toner. I have very oily skin. This stuff does NOT strip away the oils from your skin. It balances things out, but definitely does dry you out, at least speaking from an oily skin standpoint here. You won’t be left dry & tight.. just refreshed and clean (at least when using it as a toner.) I don’t believe it has the strength, nor the consistency to be labeled as an all out cleanser. I do enjoy it as a toner enough to rate it 4 stars. As an all out cleanser.. it would not rate as well for me, but again, if you don’t wear a face full of makeup.. potentially, you MIGHT be able to get away with it. It’s not nearly enough for me, but has some nice pluses behind it. The size for cost being one of them. I’m stuck between 3 and 4 stars, but I’ll lean to 4, because I’m happy for what it does for me personally. I guess that’s really what matters most, but again.. I’m using it as a toner. Nice, similar to micellar water
This is in a really cool bottle! I love this, you just press the cotton pad down and it pumps it out so it is easy and clean to use. Plus it is in a cup shape so you can still push it down and get the amount you need and pour it in your hand if you want to do that instead. This is a lot of cleanser so the price is fair in my opinion. I do not get any scent from this. It feels nice and clean and does not strip your face. It is a little more hydrating than a typical micellar water is, I was not sure whether to rinse or not, but they say you do not have to. The whole back of the bottle is in Korean, so I have no clue what that says.

Lovely, but more toner than cleanser
I very much like this product, but I do have to categorize it as more of a toner than a cleanser. It is very gentle, very soothing, completely fragrance-free (which I love), and left my skin feeling very soft and refreshed when I used it this morning. But I don't think this will ever take the place of an actual cleanser if it is put up against dirt/oil/makeup at the end of the day. For mornings when you thoroughly washed your face before bed and all you need to clean off is whatever oil has accumulated while you slept, this is perfect. For afternoon freshening-ups, also perfect. And in the evening following your makeup removal & wash, to make sure you have gotten absolutely everything off your skin that you don't want on your skin, without completely stripping your skin? This does a beautiful job of that. But to call it a "cleanser" implying that this and this alone will remove makeup and get your skin completely clean, is a bit of a stretch, hence 4 stars rather than the 5 I would have given it had they called it a toner instead.

Gently clean without stripping the natural oil
This PH-balanced cleanser is gentle enough to clean my face thoroughly clean without stripping the natural oil. The bottle has a unique push-in pump that works great with my facial sponge. I managed it on my face for a few minutes, it did not have much lathers or scent but left me a refreshed and soft feeling. It is made in Korea. The instructions are written in Korean which I can't read, so I use it with a sponge and it works well.

Perfect gentle exfoliant
I might not recommend this for super super sensitive skin but I highly recommend it for anyone else! I really could use this nightly but after about a week or so I don't feel the need to use it as much because my pores are cleaner. It doesn't have much of a smell and I really like how you apply it to like a cotton pad or whatever you're using to put it on your face because you just have to squish down and it comes right on to whatever you're using to apply it to you. There's quite a bit of it in the bottle so I would say it's definitely worth the money. It can be fairly drying at first so maybe use it every other night however I've loved the results of this and it's cleared my skin up quite a bit. I highly recommend and will be ordering again in the future!

I am offended
This product gets a full 5+ stars. I am offended by how gross my face was in the morning. I washed my face diligently, applied my night products, and went to bed. I used this the next morning and now I am washing my pillowcases and I might have to strip clean them. The cotton rounds were BLACK. I love this stuff. Summary: It's all about the device that you use. It's so lux. I feel like I'm at a spa. The Device: this is the kind you push down like at a spa or at Sephora. I just love that! Great as toner, just ok as cleanser
This works really well for me as a toner and helps to actually make my nose pores smaller. The pump on it is one of those that you can use without tipping the bottle over. You just put your cotton pad on top of the pump and push down and it moistens the cotton pad really conveniently. Its so easy to leave this on the counter and use it quickly as part of the skin care routine. For the first few days, I wasn't sure it was making a difference, but with patience I noticed that my nose pores were getting smaller which makes this a five star product for me! I love the toners that really make a difference in my pores. I also have really sensitive skin and this doesn't react with my skin which is another bonus. I often use a really good miceller water for cleansing and this doesn't feel at all like miceller water to me. This will remove some dirt and oil but really doesn't remove makeup so I wouldn't use it as a regular cleanser unless you have don't wear makeup and just need a light clean. I highly recommend it as a toner or light cleanser. I would definitely purchase it again.

I love that this company prints the pH level on the bottle of this cleansing water. Lower pH (below 5.0) is friendly with our skin which is also acidic. But the downside is that it can irritate your eyes. This cleansing water does an amazing job at removing my makeup at the end of the day while not drying at all. It’s ok
Used this cleansing water for about a week, but I stopped using it when I noticed tiny bumps appear at the corners of my eyes. I’d been using it to remove makeup before washing my face with another kind of cleanser. It did a great job at removing eye makeup and anything but a heavy foundation or concealer. I just always double cleanse since I’m prone to breakouts. But I also have insanely sensitive skin that dries out with plain water. So I’m not saying the bumps ARE from this product, but I honestly can’t rule it out, as the bumps went away a couple days after my last use of this. But I really did like it, and i may still use it sporadically to just see if it causes the same reaction. But if your skin isn’t hypersensitive, you’ll probably really like this low ph cleansing water, and if you don’t have a face full of makeup on, it should even be good as a one and done cleansing.

I wouldn’t necessarily categorize this as a cleanser as it doesn’t completely remove everything trace of makeup from your face (unless you lightly apply makeup, that is.) It comes across as more of a toner or a mist, but still there are some positives to be talked about here. To begin with you get a ton of product for your money if you’re in the market for something like this, the bottle is big, but a little really does go a long way if value for your money matters to you (as it always has to me.) It goes on light and does leave your skin feeling fresh once applied which makes it ideal for my bedtime routine, but I probably wouldn’t recommend it to anyone (at least not under the guise of it being a cleanser.) Still it was okay. If you’re in the market for a true cleanser? You may be out of luck with this purchase. It will simply depend on what you expect. For me, it merely earns 3 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
