Great daily toner
I got this toner as one of four in a sample set. It's one of two that I reordered. I really like this for keeping my skin generally fresh and mostly flake free, especially in the winter, and I bet it will serve equally well to keep my pores from getting clogged in the summer. I wouldn't say this exfoliates a lot, just enough to create a nice clean canvass, and I've seen a bit of brightening over time. I use this in the morning after cleansing with micellar water. I apply this with a cotton round (actually one round torn apart to be half as thick, so I don't waste product) right afterwards and it absorbs in just a few seconds -- no stickiness, etc. I follow with a couple of other hydrating / soothing toners that I like (the Cosrx propolis mixed with Cos de Baha Niacinamide toner) and then a serum cocktail. Some days I don't even need moisturizer, although I usually top it all off with the Mizon snail gel cream. My skin is pretty reactive, but I don't consider this a heavy active. I save those for night time. This is just enough to keep things fresh and bright in the morning, when I never have enough time to go through a full face wash to really scrub off whatever I put on the night before. BTW I liked all 4 of the toners that came in the Cosrx sample pack, if you're undecided you should definitely grab that before getting the full size of any of them. This one (Refresh ABC Daily) I like because it's different from anything I had. I love propolis and have it in two steps of my AM routine, so the Full Fit Propolis Synergy was obviously a must-purchase for me too. The Hydrium Watery Toner was a little too light for when I usually use a hyaluronic acid toner (PM) and I have something heavier I already ike, so I gave that trial bottle to my husband. And I like the thicker texture of my Purito green toner better than the more watery Cosrx Cica toner, so that one I just stashed away -- nothing wrong with it, I just like a thicker cica step at night.

great brightening formula for sensitive skin
this is an excellent toner and a great value for the amount of produce received! cosrx has really perfected chemical exfoliatants for sensitive, reactive skin. this toner has the added plus of brightening qualities, especially when used in conjunction with a vitamin c serum. also of note- i did not experience a purging period with this exfoliant, more a gentle and gradual skin rejuvenation which i prefer. id recommend to anyone with sensitive, combination, acne prone or acne scarred skin- just limit use to a few times a week and pair with a good moisturizer!

FA/Malassezia safe and very light weight
Malassezia safe! I love this watery toner and my skin drinks it up so easily! Keeps my skin happy, hydrated, even toned, and exfoliated in one step. I do not get any irritation from this AHA/BHA/C toner and the watery texture goes on easily under anything else like moisturizer or sunscreen or makeup.

Good product
Seemed like a good product, felt great on my skin. I liked that it had multiple actives in it, including Vit C, so that would save a couple steps in my routine. Unfortunately it broke me out, but to be fair my skin hates most things and so much stuff breaks me out. If you have normal, none acne prone skin this would probably be a great addition to your skin care routine.

COSRX toners are superb.
COSRX products are always first rate. Having used the AHA/BHA for years, thought to try this. Not sure what adding the C has done, but do not regularly use C products, so not a good judge. COSRX KB products have great price for the benefit. They never skimp on quality and are long-lasting. This is a pour bottle, which can lead to quicker use-up than the spray. There are other toners for your choice (e.g. propolis). I will never be without a COSRX toner. Check EWG, Incidecoder, COSDNA. These are highly rated and GRAS. And if you don’t believe you need a toner, try it and you’ll find you do!

Not good, not bad. Nothing special for my normal skin. Maybe it takes off traces of makeup left behind. I put it in a spray bottles as opposed to swiping it on my skin so I don't know.

Not for my sensitive skin
I have normal to dry sensitive skin I got this toner to help with sebum production and balance out my skin tone. I spot tested and worked well I tried on chest and no problems there even soaked a pad to leave on my nose and no problems with it there. Only time I had problems was when I used toner completely all over face neck and chest I contained with my skin care routine (essence, serum, moisturizer) and my face felt immediately hot unlike my other toner. I really wanted this product to work and so I waited thinking I may have been hot myself but it started to burn I immediately re washed my face with my cleanser and re done my skin care routine with my normal toner and my face immediately felt cool and refreshed again. I love this products line and have multiple products from them and wanted this one to work but unfortunately did not work for my skin

My holy grail

Just fine, nothing special
So i love this brand, Cosrx so i buy whenever they launch new items - this was one of the new, but i don't see anything SPECIAL about this toner. Its just a toner. I don't know if it made my skin any brighter with the Vitamin C in it and it was a bit expensive for a toner being in the high $20s Like the packaging though, toner was just a OKAY
