The best I’ve ever used. Have combo dehydrated oily tzone.
Now this one does remind me of the YTTP cleanser but so much better. Cleans so well, even the oils in my Tzone without dehydrating my skin at all. Has become my HG. Haven’t stopped using it since I got it. Keep one in the shower and another in the sink. HG for sure.

This is the 3rd Dr Althea product that has compromised my skin barrier. This cleanser caused chapping ( drying ) and bumpy irritations within a week of use. I have 3 other products: 345 n 145 creams work well. Deep serum works well combined with creams. Both of the GEL Mists n this GEL cleanser caused same type of irritation n within a week I Had to discontinue use of all 3 of cleanser n gel MISTs. So Dr A is a real hit or miss product line for me. Proceed with caution.

Rash
Have both serum creams and work perfectly. This cleanser created a rash all over face to shoulders. Had to get steroid medication to help the rash was so bad. Just be cautious.
