I have been using this product for years and when I found it on here for faster shipping I was so excited. But when I go to use it, it's cream colored and runny. I thought I bought conditioner by mistake. Nope. The real product bought from Eleven is clear and thicker. Photo for proof. Needless to say I won't be buying any hair or beauty products off Amazon again.

I like everything about it. Cleans my hair squeaky clean & since I’ve been using it I only have to wash my hair every 3days cause it stays clean long than other Products I’ve used. 👍👍👍😁
I have issues with a dry scalp and naturally oily hair. I am in the process of transitioning back to my natural hair color and the natural hair will look oily by the afternoon even when I shower each morning. The first day after using it, my natural hair was significantly better already throughout the day. I can't wait to keep using it! It has a very uplifting lemony scent as well. Great for morning showers.
Love this shampoo, but either this is not authentic or old. I bought it here because we ran out and my daughter forgot to tell me until she was out, so we needed it quickly. It is a different color and consistency than when I buy it at the salon.
MY hair/scalp never feels as clean with any other product the way it does with this shampoo. It suds so well, smell so fresh and clean like lemons, and truly gives you that deep clean feel. My hair is so soft and bouncy after I use this shampoo

I have well water and this is the only shampoo that cleans my hair. If you also have bad water that leaves your hair feeling greasy and minerally, use this shampoo and repeat the wash until it starts lathering really well. Your hair will finally feel clean again!

Use once a week to freshen your hair from weekly buildup of conditioner, styling products, dry shampoo residue, etc. Has a nice, citrusy, almost grapefruit aroma. It was recommended by my salon and it's been a fave since.
I’ve been using this product for years and ran out. I figured I would order it on here since it would be easier than running to the salon. Nope. Something was very off. The smell is wrong, the texture and color is different. I will not be using and I wouldn’t recommend.
Tried twice to wash away hair oil with this shampoo. But no luck whatsoever getting the oil out of my hair with this one.
Cleansing, but doesn’t strip the moisture from your hair. Perfect for deep conditioning prep.

I purchased this shampoo on the recommendation of my hair stylist. In truth, I intended to buy the “Gentle Clean Balancing Shampoo” from ELEVEN AUSTRALIA, rather than this “Deep Clean” version, but I’m very happy with this. It does a great job of cleaning my hair, and I really love the scent. The only time I do not use this shampoo is when I am using a reparative mask from another brand; I don’t want to mix formulae when I am doing this process. I wish I could find this shampoo in a travel size, but I can certainly decant it into appropriate-sized containers. Overall, I like this a lot.

Been using this for 4 months now and my hair is so stripped and dry. My hair tangles into an uncombable mess as soon as it get wet now and after shampooing my hair feels crusty, dry, and brittle. I've never had this problem before and will be switching back to my old shampoo from my hair salon.

Does what it says! I usually shampoo twice but clearly didn't need to with this. Lovely citrus scent. I will probably keep buying this to use twice a month or so.
Love this shampoo! I use it in a rotation with my other shampoos. It definitely is a deeper clean so I use the hydrating conditioner with it. Perfect in terms of a high quality product that is truly good for your hair!
I feel like this helps get any build up off my scalp. It smells nice and a little goes a long way.
