Long time user
I have used this shampoo and conditioner for several years. I was introduced to it through my hair stylist. It makes my hair feel soft. I like to wash twice, condition once and leave it in for awhile. I also prefer to rinse with colder water. I do not have any tangles and can get out of the shower and use my fingers to brush through my hair, it works amazing. I also love the smell of it. It is expensive, but it is worth the money.

Left hair tangly
I am really happy a trial size was available. It left my hair super tangled. I really wanted to like it. It has a nice smell almost a light minty fruit smell. It lathered nice and ended out good. Maybe its just my fine hair that gets small fairy knots that maybe it doesn't born on. It didn't make me itch which was good

Not for me — left my hair feeling dry and weighed down
I was excited to try the ELEVEN AUSTRALIA Hydrate My Hair Shampoo since it promises moisture and protection for dry, damaged hair, but unfortunately it didn’t work well for me. After a few uses, my hair actually felt drier and a bit weighed down—not what I expected from a moisturizing shampoo. The texture was thin and didn’t lather much, so I ended up using more than usual. I also didn’t notice much difference in frizz control or softness, and the scent was kind of strong and artificial, which I didn’t like. It might work better for others, but for my hair type, it just wasn’t hydrating enough and left me a bit disappointed.

Best product line for thin, fragile hair
I have very thin, fragile hair and the Eleven products make my hair so healthy and soft. If you use many of the Eleven products together it makes your hair feel even better. I will not buy a different brand for my hair.

Great product at a great price
I bought this shampoo as it was recommended to use on my human hair topper. It didn't disappoint me. The hair was very smooth and NO frizz which always seems to happen with remey human hair toppers. I didn't see any color difference, didn't leave the topper greasy at all and the hair seemed very hydrated. Yesterday I decided to order the conditioner while it was on Cyber Monday it hasn't arrived yet but I'm excited to use it.

Product great, not packaging
The shampoo is great. I ordered this travel size shampoo for a trip. When I received the package it was opened/leaked where it should have been sealed at the end. It leaked all over the package. Amazon made my life more inconvenient by asking me to return the gooey mess. I did order a replacement which seems to be fine.

Just ok. I have to use a lot of shampoo to saturate my hair completely, and it leaves my hair feeling dry straight out of the shower instead of moisturized. It’s not terrible, my hair feels clean and it dries without a ton of frizz or feeling brittle, but I was expecting a more hydrated texture.

Disappointed – Possibly Used or Tampered With
When this product arrived, the quality seal was missing, and it looked like it may have been previously opened or even returned. I decided to keep it, hoping everything was still okay. I finally used it yesterday after finishing my last bottle, and I immediately noticed something was off. The smell was different, the texture didn’t feel the same in my hair, and the product dispensed differently than usual. I’ve used this shampoo regularly, so I can easily tell the difference. Unfortunately, I missed the return window by just a few days. I won’t be purchasing this product again—too many red flags this time.

Noticeable difference after just 2 washes
I’ve only used this shampoo for two days in a row since buying it but I can already feel a difference. My hair is much less frizzy compared to when I use other shampoos and both my scalp and hair feel moisturized instead of dry like hay. On the second day I didn’t even use conditioner or a hair mask and my hair still felt moisturized all the way to the ends. There’s two cons: first - I need to use a bit more product than usual to get a good lather. Second - it has a pretty strong watermelon scent. I’m sensitive to smells so it bothered me a little while washing my hair but once my hair dried I could barely smell it.

Disappointed
2nd time buying this shampoo. Loved 1st purchase and how my hair looked,stayed clean so bought 2nd time. Im SO DISAPPOINTED with 2nd bottle. From the first use , I notice the shampoo seemed thinner and hardly lathered, and I had to use more shampoo to clean all my hair and it still didn't quite lather properly. And by the end of the day, my hair looked dirty and greasy, I shook the bottle really good thinking it just needed to be mixed up but it did the same thing. I've had a few times when I've used the shampoo where it has lathered and my hair looked clean but I must use ALOT of shampoo and other times even with a very generous portion of shampoo, it still won't lather right. This bottle has been very inconsistent and I'm very sad that it's not living up to the first bottle purchase. I will never buy again.
