great shampoo and the conditioner of eleven miracle hair treatments, Pump is junk!!
i ordered my ELEVEN Miracle hair shampoo and the conditioner from my salonist, I HATE that pump, i tried turning it to pop it open, and same for the conditioner BOTH WILL NOT WORK, So luckily i tossed those 2 junk pumps and got me my extra cap from ordering it on amazon, Glory be my caps both fits the bottles perfectly, (warning to other customers who buys this 10oz with pump) your gonna have a complicated time to pop it open, so upon using my new cap to the shampoo & conditioner i love them both, lathers excellent,. and conditions excellent, i love this new shampoo line, but i hate hate the pump it wont pop up to open!!!!

Great product, not great packaging
Got both the shampoo and conditioner however the pumps don’t work. So now I have to either buy separate containers or return. Anyone else figure out how to make them works?

Why even give us a pump
Well the smell is just okay. I’d like to try the product but the pump doesn’t work. It’s really unfortunate to pay $30 for shampoo I can’t even get out of the bottle.

Worth it for healthy hair
I’ve been using this for about two years now. I have really fine, straight, thin hair. My hair is noticeably healthier, stronger, and longer. I take a vitamin e supplement and added a fish oil one about 6 months ago. The new growth is thicker and protected because of this shampoo and conditioner combo (and I used a bonding serum/heat protectant before applying heat). The first picture (straight hair) is before a haircut/color two years ago. The second picture is that evening. Yes, it was cut and needed it, but it also felt softer, healthier, and stronger. The last one is recent. I’ve never had my hair feel just as thick and healthy when it got longer until now. If you are worried about cost, one bottle lasts a long time - 6-9 months. So, it has good value. It smells nice. Don’t forget to get the conditioner!

Pump trouble shooting
I haven’t gotten this product on Amazon but buy it from my stylist. The pump is an all around issue, but I searched YouTube and was able to find the trick to get it to pop up. You must hold the part that connects to the bottle then slightly push down in the pump and twist counter clockwise. Boom! Enjoy your shampoo/conditioner. This product leaves my hair so soft for days after wash and even alleviates tangles daily.

Lid Doesn’t Work
The lid is supposed to twist to open, and it will not open. I like the shampoo but I lost so much of it trying to open it.

Arrived damaged

Easy to use - for great hair
I love this miracle treatment. While at my son's wedding in AU, the stylist put it in my wet hair and said "don't touch it until it's dry!" "NO TOUCHING IT" and she was right. I followed directions and when dry fluffed my hair to have round bouncy curls!! My hair is naturally curly. LOVED IT and have sense purchased lots more.

Broken pumps
Writing this review on my husband’s account but I had the same problem with the pump not working so it sounds like a manufacturer’s problem. Please fix because I love this shampoo and conditioner.

I wanted to love this like I love their body wash
I had such high hopes with this shampoo. I love love love their wash me all over hand and body wash so much that I was expecting the same with this shampoo and the conditioner. The smell is fab but there is zero lathering capabilities and my hair, no matter how much product I use doesn't get clean. I am not sure why or what the issue is but this is a one and done unfortunately. I will save my $ for the all over wash.
