I am at the age where my hair is rough. I have used this for over a month. My hair is so soft again like it was when I was younger. My hair looks so much better. It doesn’t take a lot when using and it doesn’t make the hair look greasy. I will continue to buy.
This product is not the same as I have purchased from my hair salon. The consists totally different and so is the scent . Unless Eleven has changed their formula for this product it is not the real deal !
Love this product. Leaves my very curly hair very self and silky. i see a difference from other conditioners. Not real found of the price.
I received my conditioner today and it is supposed to be brand new but as you can see in the photo that is questionable. It’s taped down so it couldn’t be pumped out but when you buy these new in the store the only way they can be pumped out is after unlocking the top. So somehow there is conditioner all over the top, which raises the question has this already been used?
made my hair soooooo soft!!!! would use after the purple shampoo on this brand but it would make my hair smell so good!
A stylists recommended this after someone messing up my hair. Worked great!
Once I opened this to use, the consistency was that of something that looked like the remains of soap and water in a soap dish. I even shook the bottle to try and mix it more but it didn’t change anything. It also had a bad smell. It was sealed so I’m. Not sure if it was a bad batch. I wouldn’t consider it a quality product
The product listing says this has grapefruit and bergamot scent, but it's pretty musky and floral to me. It's also very strong & I got a migraine the night I used it. My hair still smelled like perfume the next day! Don't get this brand if you're sensitive to fragrances or dislike floral scents.

My hair stylist introduced me to this product. I have very thin fine hair, but a lot of it- full head of hair. This is the first product I've used that is not greasy and rinses out easily leaving my hair smooth with no frizz.
It is pricey, but we’ll worth the money. Just a small amount will make your hair so soft and easy to comp thru.
This shampoo keeps my hair so soft and keeps my color looking good.

I wanted to like this conditioner because I love their volumizing shampoo, but I really wasn’t a fan of this! I used it and left it on for about 8 minutes then rinsed and my hair was left feeling very dry and knotted! I was shocked! Its sooo expensive too! Not worth the money! I can get half the price and more effectiveness from Pantene!
