Best conditioner on the market
My fav brand, I have thick semi curly hair and this conditioner tames it like no other. If you have thin hair I would not use this, as it can be too heavy.

Design of bottle pouring spout prohibits product from flowing out of bottle - hole is too small
The dispensing pour spout is a tiny little hole on a rocker that is way too small and I cannot get the product to come out in a reasonable amount. It is so expensive and I’m going to have to cut the top off the bottle to get product out! Too expensive to be in a dispenser that doesn’t allow product to be dispensed! I want my money back please. I know it's past the refund deadline but I have tried every way to make this product work for me , and I literally can't get it out of the bottle. Please process refund or return.

I love this conditioner. Really helps take the frizz out of my hair. I’ve been using it for many years and still love it. It’s light and does not weigh down my hair. You don’t need to use a lot. A little goes a long way. Great product.

Blonde hair less dull!
I have used blue or purple shampoo for years to keep my blonde hair from becoming dull and yellow. This brand is the best so far. It smells so great and hair soft and less yellow. My gray absorbed the color and has a purple tint which I love.

smooth hair!
I have naturally curly hair and I’m pretty hard on it (coloring and heat tools and not wearing a silk bonnet at night) but this conditioner makes my hair super smooth. The smell could be better, it’s not as great as kerastase but it’s not a bad smell, it just could be better.

Eleven Shampoo and Conditioner
Appreciate being able to buy a sample size to try out the products before making the pricey purchase. Even though they're small there is enough for 2 to 3 hair washes. I liked that the shampoo lathers up really well and the conditioner worked well too. They have a very subtle scent which is nice too. That being said I have very stubborn white hair and it's been really humid here, which makes my hair wild. In any case we'll see how the second and third usage goes. The important thing to me is that it stays fairly clean for about a week, so far so good.

great product, but very difficult-to-use container.
This is a great product, but the reason I gave it only 4 starts is because the container is VERY difficult to use...you have to squeeze it extra hard and then only a small amount comes out. Because of this, you can lose a lot of the conditioner because it remains in the bottle no matter how hard you squeeze it. I've bought it a couple of times, so it wasn't just the one container. I love the product but will probably no longer purchase it because of this.

Didn’t Seem to Help Frizz
Really wanted this product to work. Tried the small size to see if it’d work before spending on the big bottle and glad I did. It didn’t seem to make any difference in the frizziness of my hair. Tried of product claiming things they don’t actually do.

Terrible
This conditioner is not good. You have to use loads of it to try to get any smoothness and even then your hair will feel rough and dry afterwards. Basically any product from any store would be better than this.

Great hair product for colored hair
This is my favorite shampoo. It is very good for color-treated hair and does a great job at clarifying and toning that is very effective at holding the moisture in your hair. It has a pleasant scent that is not overpowering. This is a great product for the cost and I prefer it over a far more expensive product I used to use.

What a mess
Arrived late and the bottle was open. Conditioner leaked and it was all over the bag it shipped in. Pink paint/label is also flaking off bottle which is now leaving small flakes all over bathroom counter. Took a chance ordering it online but learned my lesson. I’ll stick to buying it from my salon.
