I have blepharitis and it is nearly impossible to find an eyeliner free of waxes, oils, and other problematic ingredients. I had been using Eyes Are The Story eyeliner, but it’s no longer available while it’s being reformulated. This has been a GREAT alternative. One of the few eyeliners that doesn’t irritate my sensitive eyes! I will keep re-purchasing.
Pros It’s nice to have an organic, vegan, alcohol free liquid eyeliner option, especially for anyone who is sensitive to more traditional formulas. I also like that it’s positioned as a clean alternative with mineral pigments, and I didn’t realize ingredients like magnolia bark could be used in an eyeliner formula. Once I figured out a routine that worked, it did add definition to my eye look. I get the best results when I prep with primer, lightly set the lid with powder to even out the skin, sketch my shape first with a gel liner, and then go over it with this eyeliner using very light brush strokes. Cons For me, the application is not as easy or beginner friendly as a typical liquid liner. If I apply it directly to bare skin, it doesn’t dry consistently and can look overly wet and watery, and therefore smudge. The formula feels very thin, so you have to use a light hand and it takes more effort and extra prep steps to get a clean, polished line compared to other liners. By itself, it didn’t last the entire day but using my prep method did help it stay longer. Finishing spray also helped. I think this is really Expensive for an eyeliner.
The liquid eyeliner goes on smoothly, the brush is micro-thin, product is truly hypoallergenic. Recommend product highly.
I’m very picky. My eyes and skin are sensitive. I wear contacts. This works well. Stays on and doesn’t bother my eyes. It’s the only eyeliner I’ll buy now.
Very good organic liquid eye liner
For having “quick dry” in the title, I expected this to dry a bit faster than it does. That said, I really liked the fine precision tip, and it didn’t irritate my sensitive eyes at all, which is a huge plus for me. The formula is very buildable rather than intensely pigmented in one swipe. That can be nice if you prefer a softer or more natural look, but if you’re looking for a bold liquid liner effect right away, this may feel a bit underwhelming. Overall, it’s gentle and easy to work with, but probably better suited to someone who likes more control and a less dramatic finish.
This is decent liquid eyeliner that gets props for its formulation that is meant for sensitive skin/eyes. The fine tipped brush is really nice for getting a thin line. The consistency is a little more on the watery side and because of it being thinner, requires more than one pass to get a solid layer in some areas. It's also advertised to dry quickly but it definitely doesn't, so if I blink before it sets, the liner smushes above my lash line (I have mono lids). Once it does dry and sets, it has decent stay power and doesn't smudge a ton, but if you forget you're wearing liner and give your lid a good rub, it does come off a little. I did appreciate that it comes off really easily with micellar water. For $40, I wish it had a thicker consistency to make it easier to apply and that it did dry faster. All in all, if you're sensitive to a lot of ingredients, the price tag might be worth it to you!
I’ve been using the eyeliner more than a week now and I really like it. The black color is super bold and pigmented, it shows up perfectly in just one swipe. The precision tip makes it really easy to apply, and it glides on smoothly and doesn’t skip. It also dries really fast, which is nice. Once it sets, it doesn’t smudge or transfer, and it lasts all day without fading. It feels lightweight and comfortable too. Overall, it is a clean, fast-drying liquid liner with strong pigment and easy application.
The ink in INIKA Organic Liquid Eyeliner | Quick Dry, Smudge-Free, Precision Tip feels more like watercolor ink than anything else. I say this because when I got a smudge of water on my eye, the eyeliner bled in a way reminiscent of watercolor paint. Kind of soft, runny lines. The black of this liner is a little bit lighter than other liquid liners I own. That too, reminds me of watercolor pigment. This is NOT waterproof, so do not expect it to be. It is very gentle near my eyes, however, and I wear it easily without any irritation. It also washes off very easily, and I can use my regular facial soap, without the addition of extra eye makeup remover. The INIKA liner has a tiny, fine tip, so it is easy to draw swooping, swirling lines as a statement or for fun. That, or you can just do as I do and use it as a regular black liner, with a modified cat eye, which works well for me, thanks. While this is easy to clean from my eyes, it does not rub off without water or soap, and does last all day with a strong line. Yes, it is expensive, but I recommend it because it is extremely gentle near the eyes.
The INIKA Organic Liquid Eyeliner is actually really nice - it's super easy to control and the tip is like that of a marker instead of bristles. It comes to a very fine tip which makes it easy to get right up against the lash line. I did not find it to smudge, and it does dry fairly quickly, however, I experienced faint transfer to my upper eyelids, due to my hooded eyelids. :( Sadly, it's a very common problem for me. I would recommend it to those who don't have hooded eyes.
This eyeliner is such a great product to have in your makeup collection specially if you are looking for a long lasting eyeliner. The packaging is nice with basic design but the applicator is perfect even for beginners to use. It’s very pointy and easy to apply. The texture is soft and it’s very pigmented in color black and just one coat would give you full coverage. It doesn’t smudge after it fully dries out and it stays all day long. I think it’s definitely worth it and there is a value to what you pay for.
The INIKA Organic Liquid Eyeliner does a great job as long as you are patient with it and have a steady hand. It’s a liquid liner, so you get those gorgeous truly dark and inky blacks! But in return, just like with a conventional liquid liner, you have to wait for it to dry fully and you need to be sure to apply it carefully the first time. Here are my two small pro tips that make all the difference. Shake the bottle well before you use it. Seriously, give it a good shake every time. This keeps the pigment consistent and the formula flowing smoothly off the brush tip. Second, once you’ve applied your line, give it at least thirty seconds to fully dry before you blink aggressively or start layering other products over it. Thirty seconds is longer than you think! If you rush this step, you might get some transfer, and I think that’s where a lot of mixed reviews come from. Once it sets? It stays. I’ve worn this through full workdays, humid afternoons, and the occasional eye rub, and it holds up beautifully without flaking, smudging, or fading. The little brush tip is fine enough to get a precise line. The small-ish container has plenty of product given you don’t want to be using the same eye liner for more than a few months. If you’re looking for a cleaner liquid liner and you’re willing to work with the product, this one is well worth trying. It could be easier to apply, but that’s the case for pretty much any liquid liner in my experience.

I have sensitive skin, wear contacts, and blink like it’s my full time job, so usually liquid liners either sting, smudge, or fully disappear by lunch. This one? Surprisingly well behaved. This INIKA Organic Liquid Eyeliner is much more watery than I expected. It's actually a bit hard to apply because of how thin/watery it is. I have to line twice to get full coverage, and then my lines aren't very straight. Once or dries, it does seem to be smudge resistant and stay on all day. The black color is nice, but could be darker, but it still is definitely black. The brush is nice on this and feels pretty good, but three texture of the eyeliner itself needs work as it's just too loose. The value is a bit of a stretch for this one unfortunately.
I really wanted to love this, the deep rich black color is beautiful. I didn't have any issues with blobs but I was very careful and the brush can make some very nice thin lines. It's easy to apply. I found it takes a while to dry and is easy to smudge while it's drying. Plus it is water soluble so it will smudge if you cry. I also found it would seep into creases a bit more than I would prefer, especially since I'm starting to get crow's feet around my eyes and just older skin in general. This just isn't the best one for me. It was gentle on the skin and I had no irritation so that is another plus. I guess for the price, I expected more.

I really like this INIKA Organic Liquid Eyeliner. I have sensitive eyes, and I wear contact lenses, so my eyeliner has to be extra gentle. This formula goes on easily, and the precise pointed tip gives you control and a perfect line. IT dries quickly, and does not smudge once it dries down. The color lasts all day until I take it off. The formula is a little thin and liquid, but the brush tip and the gentleness of the product compensate for that. I really like this eyeliner, and would definitely recommend it!
I like this liquid eyeliner quite a bit. It does come out of the jar and on the applicator itself in quite a "wet" way. I don't know how else to describe other than feeling like, "whoa. That's wet." So, I would definitely say that this is not for someone who is new to the idea of liquid eyeliner. You need a steady hand to apply liquid eyeliner and some of the other brands don't come as "wet" and so are a bit easier to apply. However, the color is vibrant and dark black, and the line is fine like you want. It stayed in place all day and didn't smudge or go anywhere else that it wasn't applied, and then I was able to remove it with my liquid eye makeup remover. So, I would say five stars for quality, but with a bit of a warning that it isn't for first-time users. Master your application using a different product first, and then you can graduate to this one.

I have been using this eyeliner for over a year. I apply it in the morning and it wears well all day. I love how smooth it applies, and the fact that it is does not dry up like a few other ones I have tried. Also the liner, once applied, looks perfect, not shiny or plastcky.
This liquid liner has a very smooth application and the applicator allows for fairly precise lines; very easy for winged liner! I appreciate the natural ingredients, it's unique from a lot of other liners. I don't typically have super sensitive eyes but this certainly didn't irritate them at all. The color is what I'd describe as a soft black, not super jet black. It is smudge proof and dries pretty immediately, but is also easily removed with a little bit of pressure, so it comes off easily in the shower. Price is a little up there but ingredients seem to be of higher quality than a generic drug store brand. I might not get it again due to cost, but it's a great option for vegan and natural ingredients if this is a must for you.

I tried the INIKA Organic Liquid Eyeliner, and it is very easy to apply. The tip is precise, and the eyeliner glides on smoothly without pulling on the skin. It dries quickly. I have been using this for more than 3 weeks. However, it doesn't last all day. After a few hours, the color begins to fade and requires reapplication. Overall, the eyeliner is smooth, easy to use, and gentle on the eyes, but I wish it had better staying power.
I love the fine brush tip of this liquid eyeliner. It helps me achieve that crisp wing. The formula is a little on the thinner side and the application feels so smooth but it takes some time to fully dry which can be a disadvantage especially if you are in a hurry. The pigment is deep and rich black. Once fully dry, it lasts a decent while. It does smudge a little by the end of the day but i think that is more because i have oily skin. The smudging is nothing too crazy so i don’t mind. This eyeliner is easy to remove with a makeup remover. I think this eyeliner may not be beginner friendly because you will need very steady hands to apply it. This eyeliner is not cheap but knowing that i am using a clean organic product on my eyes makes it worth the price for me. I wish it dried quicker and didn’t smudge at all but these are some things I can compromise with for the safe ingredients. I will be happy to recommend this eyeliner.
