Excellent product for hard to manage hair

The Jenoris line is a game changer for me. It makes my otherwise unmanageable hair behave. I love it. Full disclosure: I once wrote a bad review for these products, because after years of use, my hair was unmanageable again. I thought they had changed the formula. It appears the fault was in my hair - maybe it just needed a break from the same products, maybe a hormonal issue. Whatever it was, after trying for a year to find another product that would work as well, I went back to Jenoris and it worked great. I highly recommend the hair mask, hair creme, and shampoo for color treated hair.

Great product BUT.....

I’m really not the type to write reviews BUT after what’s happened today, I think it’s only fair since this may have happened to someone before. The product: I absolutely love it! I’ve been using this product for the past 3 to 4 years and its kept my hair intact! Let me start by saying that I have close to jet black hair naturally with a medium length 3c curl pattern, so my hair NEEDS to deep condition at least once a week. I originally brought this product at a store after I had bleached my hair. During that time, I went from dying my hair to a ginger color, a fire engine red, and then back to dark brown. Not to mention the heat damage my hair had gone through from using blow dyers and flat irons. To top everything off, I just got over the postpartum hair shedding a few weeks ago. After all that abuse, my hair looks great and no one would ever tell that my hair has gone through a lot over the years. I highly recommend it! AND NOW........ The reason for the low rating: Truly it hurts my feelings because I love this product so much! This was the first time ever that I ordered this product online since I don’t have access to the store I once went to. Instead of receiving a package, I got an envelope packaging with NOTHING in it! LITERALLY NOTHING! (Just this white styrofoam like substance). I looked all sorts of crazy when I asked the delievery guy where’s my item lol. I did call customer service, to issue a refund. Fortunately, is currently being processed. It truly sucks because I was going to give the whole line a try since I’ve only used the hair mask religiously. With that being said, I’m pretty sure that what happened to me is rare but it truly is a great product. I just hope that the venders keep a close eye on what is being sent out to the customers.

Love this hair mask!!

This is the absolute best conditioner ever. My hair is curly, and can be tough to detangle in the shower. Once I put this in, it becomes slick and smooth, and the moisture sticks around after my hair dries. I've been using it for years, and have no plans of stopping!

I don’t love it.

I tried this product because it had good reviews. After my hair mask was canceled and is no longer available, I decided to try this one. First I have thick dry hair and I like a mask that is thick and creamy. This one is not. It is too thin and watery and doesn’t condition enough for my hair. I suppose if your hair tends to get greasy then this may be fine for you.
