AHHHHH-MAZZZING!!!
Amazing shampoo! First time I heard about K18 was from a new stylist - she put the K18 leave-in molecular repair hair mask on my hair after my bleach/color job and I love how it made my hair. I bought some for myself and used with my regular shampoo. Worked pretty good. Enough to buy more. Went to a new stylist and my hair got burnt up. Bad. So I tried this product and bought the K18 shampoo and WOWWWWW!!! - I can’t even believe the difference when used together! My fine, thin, very broken bleached hair looks much healthier and shinier after just 2 washes and 2 treatments with K18!! I wish I would have taken pics! I usually have to wash every day or every other day but went a whole week with using dry shampoo only once and it wasn’t dry at all. It feels and looks so much healthier! I can’t wait to try their K18 conditioner when I’m done with this treatment! (Ie: Use the treatment 4-6 times after shampooing with no conditioner then switch to conditioner and use the treatment just as needed!) I’m so glad I found this! Thank you K18!!!

It’s simply YES
I bleach and color my hair A LOT, to the point that my naturally medium dark brown hair is a white lavender grey. Normally this would be problematic with things like drying out, frizzing, brittle, damaged hair. But people can not get over how healthy my hair is! Not just looks but feels. One wash and my hair felt clean and light. I don’t feel like I am fighting to add moisture in my hair constantly. I wouldn’t say it’s a miracle worker, I still have minor breakage but all things considered, it is nothing like what it probably should be with that much bleach! Using the shampoo and conditioner for a few months now with both the oil and mask as needed, and I gotta say I am very pleased. Yes, it is expensive. I still feel a little bit of a gut punch every time I buy it, but I only wash my hair once a week so it lasts me awhile. This will strip a little color out when you wash. For me, that’s not so problematic but I could see it being an issue for people that use heavier coloring. I find the fragrance very pleasant.

Good for thin oily hair, but it isn’t a magic fix
When you shampoo with this, you only need about a quarter size amount of shampoo or even less. You’re supposed to focus on the scalp only — not the ends of your hair. I am using it with the K18 hair repair conditioner that you use when you get out of the shower, so I usually just shampoo and then get out. It’s a good shampoo for clean feeling hair, but it’s not a magic pill that will make it possible to go longer between washes. I still use dry shampoo on day 2 or 3. I like that it doesn’t have any strong fragrance and doesn’t I rotate my scalp. Overall I would still probably repurchase, along with the leave in conditioning treatment.

It was really good when I used the mask afterwards but it makes my hair feel drier than before and fall out in bunches which has never happened. If you add a lot of the k18 hair mask and oil it will make your hair feel bouncy and soft but the hair loss has been concerning

Packaging not user friendly
Nice shampoo but container is difficult to use. The product seems to be sealed but the cap is not removable and no instructions. Once you manage to puncture the seal,, the plastic bottle is so rigid, it is difficult to get the shampoo out. Would not purchase again. It is also expensive for the quantity.

I think this shampoo helped my hair to retain length, it made it stronger. I was coming out of a bad color situation and had a lot of breakage, this halted the breakage but not entirely. I guess damaged hair that is beyond help will come out. All in all a good shampoo

Expensive product

At first I really liked it but the more I use it I dont know if it is making my hair dry. I will say that it does feel very clean after using! using the leave in treatment by k18 helps with the dryness but if I dont, my hair doesn't feel or look the best. I will do an updated review maybe once I've used it for a little longer.

Run don’t walk especially if you have bleach blonde hair, or any processed color/bleached hair for that matter. This product line literally saved my hair. Game Changer
The only shampoo to EVER make game changing results. Before this shampoo, I would have to wash my hair every day because I have thin hair and it would look greasy making the thinner more prominent. A must when you shampoo with the K18.
Its magic! A little goes a very long way… too much and you might as well get back in the shower to shampoo and try again because your hair will not absorb the excess amount applied. I also use the K18 oil and the trio : shampoo, creme’, oil … I could air dry my hair and it still feels like it did in my 20’s! My hair ages just like the rest of me and I refuse to just allow dull, dry, and breakage to win. Give your hair some REAL care, but use K18 as directed to the “T” and your hair will thank you .

This shampoo leaves your hair soft and silky! You only need a dime sized amount and work it into your scalp really good. I have very thin, chin length hair and I shampooed it with K18 and used 2 pumps of the leave in K18 hair mask and I love how my hair looked and feels after I style it!

Works but gives me dandruff
I do feel like this product cleans my hair very well but it has given me A LOT of dandruff which is very annoying bc its pricey. I have never had dandruff so I know its this product that is producing it. I know everyone's hair is different so maybe it works better on others.

TIP: Start off by using about 1/4 of what you think you'll need, otherwise you'll be rinsing for days. I've been having issues with the texture of my hair for many months. It has felt dry, brittle, and just yuck. After rinsing this out, my hair honestly felt the same or worse and I was initially hugely disappointed. But then I used the K18 Leave In Conditioner as suggested and HOLY COW....MAJOR improvement!!
