K18 vs Unite 7 Seconds Review
I have fine bleached blonde hair that gets very tangled out of the shower. I’ve been using Unite 7 seconds for years and love it, but I don’t believe it’s a heat protector. So I’ve also been using a separate heat protector. I was hesitant to buying this for the price. It’s double that of Unite. Having used it now several times I can say that it detangles my hair very easily, the same as Unite. But with less product! It has a light smell and the spray pattern is more of a mist so better coverage. I have noticed that my hair feels a little greasy on my top roots afterwards so I would recommend avoiding the root area. My hair does seem to be more silky smooth now after styling than ever before. Less dry on the ends after blow drying. So far, I'm sold on it!

Smooth and Soft Hair
I can tell this stuff is protecting my hair! I have used on wet and dry, though primarily dry, and a little goes a long way. My hair is SO smooth after use. I also use the K18 oil, a dream team. Knocking one star off for the strong fragrance though that’s my personal preference, it doesn’t last. I know that’s not Amazon’s fault but the manufacturer. Overall would highly recommend!

Uncertain but will continue
I love the idea of it repairing your hair as you use it, but I’m not sure if it’s really effective in this. I need to use it longer on my type 4 natural hair that some damage. Fragrance isn’t mild. Value for money is why I deducted a star. Quite expensive for such a small bottle.

OK, this product is absolutely phenomenal. Non-greasy does what it says. It’s supposed to do. Your hair will look better. Well your hair will fill and look shiny. It is one of my favorite products. I will continue to buy. I went from Sydney Hair after doing highlights and color to sick and luscious hair. I am so in love with this product. I recommend to everybody I know. And also will continue to showcase to those that are following to the same problems that I am, which is going through menopause and having massive hair loss.

A New Favorite K18 Product
I had not used this K18 Protectant Spray before today but have really liked the Leave-in Molecular Repair Hair Mask. The Protectant Spray leaves my hair so soft and manageable. And styles so easily. Saves my hair from heat damage
My hair dresser gave me a trial bottle to use on my hair before blowing it dry. My hair used to smell like it was burning if the dryer was used too close to it. Now that no longer happens and my hair looks healthy after every blow dry. It's good t know that i can also use it when i occasionally use the flat iron on my hair. The reorder was easy, well priced for a larger amount and arrived quickly.

Great Hair product!!
I was just introduced to this product by a girlfriend… She uses it on her hair and head high reviews for it so when I bought it and was using it, I really liked it. I put it on my hair damp and proceeded to dry my hair and it gives my hair so much body and the next day my hair isn’t all flat so I can go an extra day without having to wash my hair and styling it. Did Not Work for Me
It did not work for me. My hair felt heavy, dull, and lifeless. I have natural, healthy hair, but I was looking for a product that would protect it. I am not sure if it really protects against heat from blow dryers and flat irons. I have used it on both damp and dry hair; I applied a normal amount and also tried using less, but the result it leaves is not favorable. Fortunately, I bought the small size, so the loss was not significant. I will not repurchase it, and I do not recommend it.

Drying!!
I don't even know how to explain how this works on my hair. I have dry, chemically relaxed hair. I use this sparingly and the results are soft, bouncy, DRY, BRITTLE hair. Huh? I have no idea how one heat protectant manages those results on one head. It's like it sucks all of the moisture out of my hair, like a desiccant. The soft, bouncy results are not worth the dry brittleness. I've tried it alone and with my new favorite leave in and heat protectant (Sol De Janeiro leave in and hair oil) and almost same results, slightly less dry when used with SDJ but not as moisturized as using SDJ alone. I feel like if I keep trying to make this heat bounce work it'll go the same way the k18 hair mask did for me-dry brittle hair that eventually started breaking. I'm over k18 and bond builders period. Sticking with old school proteins from now on. These companies are doing too much....
