The tangles come right out though I think it is a little pricey
Are used to order the Joico leave in conditioner but they quit selling it And I was out if I don’t use some type of leave in conditioner I can’t get the tangles out no matter how much conditioner I Use So after looking at several other products I decided to order this I thought it was high priced and I still do but it does work and it does not weigh my hair down or make it look greasy and the tangles come right out

I was skeptical about this product- as I live in a humid- rich environment (US Southern region), but this product really works. Spray liberally on wet hair then heat style- Also works on dry hair for renewed shine and detangling. No Frizz! No heavy scents either-

Great product, bad bottle
The product itself works great but both bottles I received came with broken nozzles, or something. I didn’t bother returning the original when I realized the second bottle did the same thing as the first. It will spray a tiny bit for two pumps and then just stop working, and bubble out over the sides of the nozzle. Now I just pour some of the product into my hand and brush it through

Love this product but it usually comes broken!
I absolutely love this product! It's super soft & smells great! The only downside is the bottles often come broken. 1 time the pump was broken (I just used my old spray pump. Another time the top wasn't screwed on properly and so most of the liquid had drained out in shipping. I requested a replacement and the same thing happened. This time I couldn't get another refund/replacement because it was already a replacement. Luckily there was a little more than half left in the bottle. It's an amazing product... if you can get it delivered safely.

Cap on spray part missing
I’ve been using this product for years and love it. Today’s order arrived and there was no cap on the spray top. Hope not much was expressed out during the packaging and delivery! I’ve had a cap on it every time. The bottle is taller and thinner so my cap from other bottle doesn’t quite fit tightly . Otherwise actual product is great

When the package arrived the lid was loose. Half the product was lost in the bag. Very disappointed. I shop A LOT and this is the first time I have had a major problem with the delivery.
