Not the correct quality
Not the correct quality. I have used this product for years and this order is not the same as every other conditioner bottle I've had from this brand. It smells heavily of alcohol. Additionally, it arrived unsealed with a pump inserted and opened.

Safety seal missing from bottle. Not real Product. Poorly wrapped & leaking.
This is not the real product. Safety seal was missing from both bottles that I ordered. More damage was done to my hair than repair. Scent and texture were off. Packages were not sealed correctly and product was spilled out all over bag. I do not recommend.

Good product not good packaging
The product has been good so far but the way my bottle was packaged allowed for a good amount of product to spill out. I am concerned I did not get all of the product I should have due to the way it was packaged. Otherwise happy with product itself.

Great product poor delivery.
I love the product but didn’t like the way it was packaged. The conditioner was in a huge bag with nothing wrapped around the product but a plastic bag. The conditioner leaked out and was all over the plastic bag. I think if it was packaged better, there wouldn’t be a leakage. This is an expensive conditioner. More care should be placed in delivering the product.

Loved product, not so much the seller
Been using this product for some time now and quality is acceptable. Ordered this one and delivery was delayed so much that had to return since I had to purchase again to expedite shipping. Seller is poor in communication and has not provided a refund after more that 30 days. Consider this before buying from this seller.

Not salon quality
My stylist recommended this to me and it was the best shampoo/conditioner I've ever used my hair stop breaking off , it smells good almost coconut'ish its very lightweight and clean. THIS is not the same product not happy its not the same color or consistency its soapy and my hair feels different. I will not buy again!!

poor packaging, leakage
The conditioner came with the pump installed with nothing to prevent the pump from engaging. A good bit of the conditioner spilled out because it was just floating around in the box. Very misleading since the product photo shows a screw cap.

I purchased this with the shampoo to help with my dry chemically treated hair. The smell is awesome, but these products seemed to dry my hair out even more. I gave it a couple of tries to make sure it wasn’t my imagination. It’s definitely not a winner in my book.
