This product is lightly scented, light weight and will not leave your hair heavy or weighed down. The shampoo is not stripping but cleanses well, while the conditioner is hydrating and not heavy! I would highly recommend!
My hairdresser uses this and I just had to ask her what it was so I could purchase myself. Works wonders on my blonde colored hair and moisturizing is fabulous! I found a new shampoo! I’m sticking with it cause my hair is so soft and smells dreamy!
I love both the shampoo and conditioner. It's hard to find a good lathering sulfate free shampoo and this one definitely works. Large bottle lasts a long time. I'm not sure this is the best price but it wasn't in stock anywhere in the jumbo size except Amazon.
I love this product. I have an easily irritated scalp but this product doesn't irritate my scalp at all. It leaves my hair smelling amazing and my head clean. I've noticed how healthy my hair has been since using this product. I did give it a 4/5 stars because it's not exactly affordable, but its worth it for me personally to spend a little more and see better results in my overall hair health.
The shampoo is wonderful BUT the cap is faulty. The first bottle I received tipped over and the shampoo ran out. Because I really like the shampoo, I have purchased a second bottle, and it has faulty cap as well. If you purchase this shampoo, proceed with caution!
Leaves my hair shiny without getting oily . I can go an extra day or two longer without shampooing. Styling is a breeze!

I love this shampoo but the package was damaged and I didn’t get the shampoo and got only one of the conditioners I ordered!
I have tried and thrown away so many high end products because they fail to do what they say. I have bleach blond hair and all other shampoos for dry, colored or damaged hair make my hair break or fall out. This shampoo is the best shampoo I have ever used. Makes my hair soft, full and does not make it fall out. I live this stuff!
I have been using this paired with the conditioner and my hair has felt so much better! I do have to agree with some of the other reviews that it doesn’t lather like you might expect. It smells good and I intend to keep using it

Clean ingredients and smells great, I love this shampoo. I do use it two times per hair wash though- once to clean and once to lather. Lasts a long time.
Received item and the top was broken off and bottle wrapped in plastic to hide the fact bottle was broken. Leaked all over other items and the shipping box. Only 1/4 of shampoo left in bottle.

I’ve been using Paul Mitchell since I was 13 years old. Now post menopausal and still using nothing but Paul Mitchell. Sometimes the PM site has better prices. But this time, Amazon was the winner. I like this shampoo because it makes my hair silky clean without weighing it down. The scent is clean and light, a bit like a soft baby powder. My scalp is sensitive and this shampoo keeps it from being itchy and breaking out. This is a thick consistency and you only need a dime size. Depending on your hair. I have thick, coarse, shoulder length hair. I wash daily and always have. PM products keep my hair healthy.
My hair has never been as soft and shiny as it is since switching to this system. Never going back to my old brands! The price for professional products is absolutely worth it.

This is my favorite shampoo. It is expensive but I think it is worth it for how much you get/how long it lasts. It has a fresh, light scent to it. It doesn’t leave my hair greasy, like a lot of shampoos do. I would recommend!

The product is great although when I opened the box it had leaked everywhere. I’ll buy the shampoo but not from this company again. The bottle just had some kind of wrapping plastic resembling Syran wrap.

Very drying
This shampoo has the smell of the cheapest cologne. It makes me nauseous. Too bad. If not for the horrid fragrance, it may have been good, but I can’t get past the smell.
