Disgusting
I was beyond enraged when this product was delivered to my P.O. Box. I opened the box to retrieve my shampoo and conditioner and a disgusting sac of dripping fluid was waiting for me. The most horrid smell was emitting from the package. I can’t even send this back in it’s original package due to the corrosion and destruction. People were gagging as I went by due to the putrid smell. I should’ve used gloves to touch this as I have a sticky film left behind. Not enough soap to clean this smell off my hands. This cannot be a real shampoo product. Someone used an old bottle and filled it up with dollar store potpourri. Please contact me to refund.

My favorite hair product
I have bleach blonde treated hair and this, by far, has been the best conditioner I’ve used in years. I’m not even out of the last one I bought, but purchased another to have for when I run out. Love this!

Horrible - does none of the things it claims
My hair is UNbrushable using this stuff. I got this because my hair has become so dry using Paul Mitchell and thought maybe this would help. WRONG. My hair was so dryed out and tangled from using this that I could not brush through my hair and it was staticky, sticking up, and so dry!!! Not at all worth the money. I would rather use the cheapest conditioner on the market. This “repaired” nothing, it damaged it.

Nice conditioner
I was hoping this might be similar to Paul Mitchell Hair Repair which I loved and can no longer get. I’d say it is similar. It is moisturizing but doesn’t weigh my hair down. The bottle did arrive with a broken lid and some of the product had leaked out

Obsessed! Best set Paul Mitchell sells. Smells incredible. You can actually feel the difference in the shower when you rinse out the conditioner, hair is soft and zero frizz without blow drying. Off-color, off-smell and not emulsified
I received a product that appears to be old or fake. It has a gross snot color and it’s not emulsified - it’s a weird mix of beige-yellow and off white. It doesn’t smell like the conditioner I have bought from my hairdresser it smells old and gross. The packaging was secure but I couldn’t believe the color, smell and texture. The anti-frizz shampoo I received in the lavender bottle at the same time as the conditioner seemed authentic and smelled normal. I am sending this product back.
