It's light but actually works great!
I have tried numerous hair styling foams and they either leave my hair way too soft and it won't style, or they are sticky. My hairdresser used this one on me and I was amazed at how well it worked. They use most all of the R+Co products at my salon, and I've always been happy with the quality of this brand. This foam seems pretty light, but when you apply it you can tell it's going to work. On the days I don't use it - mostly when I am running low and don't want to use it up - I can tell a big difference in my hair's manageability. My only gripe is the price. It is very expensive, in my opinion, but I continue to purchase it because I know it's going to work well.

Aerosole pump defective
This is my second container of the thickening style foam. I really like using the foam. I should have checked the container when I received it, but the first one worked fine, so I mistakenly assumed the second one would, too. I have missed my return date because I didn't start using it till the first container was emptied. I discovered the second one had a stiff pump, very hard to push down. I thought it might loosen up. It hasn't. Also the foam is too thick--does not get enough "air" in it, so it is too dense on my hair. It took me a few tries to figure out why my hair was so straight with no hold. I will not be able to use this container of thickening foam. Beware: check your product right away! I wish I could return mine.

Yes the aerosol has issues ... BUT
There is some issue with the aerosol, it wants to spray out a little product, then just air. To solve the aerosol issue, shake the bottle really well. Then only spray out the product in small amounts, shaking very well between sprays. It has worked well for me doing this. I like the performance of the product very much, I have short straight, fine textured but thick hair and it works like a dream to give body. The description says citrus scent ... but no, it smells ok, but it's like a men's cologne or aftershave scent.

perfect volume/texture booster
perfect for all hair types. i have pretty curly hair and i use this for volume, but it also give a little bit hold on my curls when i don’t want a super defined and softer look. i usually diffuse with this product on and after i shake my roots i have a ton of volume and you can definitely feel the texture of your hair is “thicker”. lasts more than the day you use it too, i dry shampoo and run the diffuser over roots again and have just as good day 2-3 hair with it. highly recommend. scent is amazing and have had no issues with this at all.

Great product but faulty design
I love this product. I have fine, thin hair and loved the way this gave me lift and volume. All of R&Co products smell amazing. A few times after I used this, the nozzle on the can broke and wouldn’t let any foam out. I tried to return it but the window for return was expired. Very frustrating, as this product is not cheap. I k ow there are other complaints out there about this very thing. I would hope the company would realize this and fix their design.

Try products in pressurized cans asa they come to you.
I love the product. However, I bought one can to take traveling and when I tried to use it on the trip it would not come out of the can. Little amounts would come out but it was mostly the pressurized air. I had only purchased it a few weeks before traveling. I lost my window for returning it. I will buy it again but will test the bottle immediately next time.

The scent is amazing
I love this product. It smells amazing and prevents my hair from getting super frizzy and defines my curls. The one thing I did not like was the actual structure of the bottle. The nozzle used to pump the product out breaks and stops working. I have purchased two bottles and both half procut in it because I can't get the bottle to work.

Need a return assistant
The nozzle isn’t working properly. You have to press very hard for the mousse to come out. I’ve used different brands of mousse, and I don’t have to struggle like this to get the product out. I am trying to return the item, but the system keeps asking me to upload a picture showing the damaged part. The product is not physically damaged; the issue is that the nozzle does not function properly. Since this is a performance issue rather than visible damage, there is nothing to photograph. I would appreciate assistance with processing this return as soon as possible.

The best stuff around
I love this product. It leaves no greasy residue and a little goes a very long way. I'm giving it four stars for two reasons. First, it's so dang expensive, and second, the dispenser button broke very early on the last bottle I had and I had to pay full price for a replacement. I'm kind of paranoid every time I use it now. Nonetheless, it's the best styling foam I've ever used.

Hair product or thin/fine hair
Bought this because it was rated #1 in a list of products that thicken fine hair. I disagree about the volumizing. It does not give a lift to my sparse hair, but it does seem to thicken the strands. It is a very dense cream, not light and airy. The smell, kind of strong at first, but you get used to it and I do not smell it all day long, so that's a plus. I do not use a curling iron or straightener, I just use a hair dryer and it does fine for texturizing only.

Fix the nozzle!
The product in the can is terrific, but the spray nozzle is incredibly hard to work. I have to use both hands to press down on the nozzle. It is painful. If they don’t fix this the next time I order, that will be the last time I use it. I notice in the comments that there are many complaints about the difficulty of getting the product out of the container. Why doesn’t the company fix this?

Can’t tolerate the smell
It does the job but it smells disgusting. I bought this bc my stylist uses it on me but when I go to the salon it does not smell like this not sure if this is a fake or I got one that was old but the smell is just awful.
