This lotion is somewhat creamy, goes on smooth and has a nice clean subtle masculine scent. It’s moisturizing and leaves your skin soft. The only thing that I didn’t like was that I was sent a bottle that was damaged & expired a few weeks after I received it (delivered on 11/16, exp 12/8). Will still continue to use it though
The Skin House is a Korean boutique brand of skin care products. They sell high-end products that are pretty popular in Korea. This lotion is nicely packed in a stylish box and the bottle itself is ceramic - no plastic here! It certainly looks like a high-end lotion. However, the lotion itself is very strange. It is a clear liquid no thicker than water - when it came out of the bottle I was really surprised. The attached picture of liquid in my hand is the actual lotion! It smells quite strong - the scent is very nice, similar to a high-end cologne. It also left a weird residue on my skin. Sticky might be the wrong word ... is "siliconey" a word? I don't know, but I feel that it didn't fully soak into my skin and is stuck on the surface. I don't think I'm going keep using this lotion. If it worked well, I could get over the weird watery consistency. But the scent is too strong for me and I can't get over the slight residue it leaves on my skin.
What I received is a great product. It leaves my face feeling smooth and moisturized, and has a mild, pleasant masculine scent. Really good stuff. But it’s a clear liquid, not the white lotion shown in this listing. The label leaves me clueless about what it actually is, and at this moment I can’t find anything like it in their store. I suspect that I’d have given it 5 stars if I had the lotion, or was reviewing whatever this is, as this company clearly makes good stuff.
I like how it only pumps a tiny bit out. Because that’s all you really need, to cover a large area. I love, how it’s not greasy. Soaks into the skin, really well. Softens your skin, almost immediately. I’m guessing from the moisturizing. But, I’ve been applying it under my eyes and, on my pores. They seem to be shrinking. I’m not sure if that’s what it’s all about, but it seems to be what’s going on. Im also, not sure if it’s worth the price yet. But, for moisturizing, it’s insanely great! And, I’ve only been using it once a day. Before bed. I’d say it’s better than that udder milk brand. But, comparable to it, lotion wise. Except, this doesn’t feel greasy like allot of lotions do. Really love the scent of it too! Almost forgot that. It’s a nice, non overpowering scent.
I waited a few days to do my review. But after about a week of use, I find myself just loving this lotion. It only takes a small amount to cover your arms and legs. I do feel the difference, my skin feels hydrated and fresh. Recommend
This SKIN HOUSE cream is light, but moisturizing. It absorbs quickly into the skin. Great for after shaving/showering. Relieves my dry winter skin.
Nice smelling and non oily feeling aftershave. Goes on easy and dries fairly quickly. Leaves a soothing feeling face.
This is a nice light lotion that goes on well and absorbs quickly. It has a lovely light scent to it. The pump on the bottle works very well, as a little of this goes a long way.
I have used quite a few different face lotions and some are better then others, this is my favorite so far. This comes in a really nice bottle with a nice pump. I use 2 pumps for my face/neck and it goes on really well and absorbs within 10-15 seconds, giving your skin a very soft feel and matte look. It has a slight perfume odor that is light and pleasant. The smell goes away after about 10-20 minutes of wear. Overall i'll be buying this again as it hydrates really well and is very weightless.. compared to some of the giant name brand options this is a win anyday.
My husband has been using this and likes it so far. He enjoys the manly scent and how moistureized it makes his face feel. I like that it has aloe vera and collagen in it for his skin, both great ingredients to incorporate into skincare.
I work for a fire department and I stuck this in our Men's restroom at the station. We love it. We wash ourselves multiple times a day so dry skin is an issue. We've kept Eucerin in our restroom but it's too thick and leaves a greasy feeling. This is perfectly not greasy. A dime sized amount is great for the entire face and scalp (I rock a shaved head.) It's moisturising and a large bottle so we'll be using for quite a bit. The box was damaged but the contents were just fine.
I think this is a great lotion. It is very light and doesn't make my skin oily. I have really sensitive skin and it doesn't break me out or irritate my skin at all. I think that the price is reasonable considering the ingredients and the size of the container. You only need to use a little bit of it, so it should last me quite a few months. It has a slight scent, but it's not overpowering and it fades within a minute or two. I often get headaches with scented things, but this didn't bother my head at all.
Moisturizes well and isn't greasy at all. Has a nice fresh masculine scent to it. Good size bottle!
I have an impeccably shaved head, but after I shave and shower, my scalp tends to get a bit dry and flaky. I decided to try this out and my head is no longer so dry and flaky.
It’s nice but not thick. Good for face
I've been using this after I shave in the morning and it provides a nice smooth feel. The lotion is smooth and goes on easily. It doesn't leave any greasy feel and my face feels nice and smooth afterwards. The smell is not overwhelming and it just smells "clean". I haven't noticed it providing much moisture to my skin yet, but I don't usually have dry skin. Maybe that will change a little as we start moving into winter.
This moisturizing cream looks like water. I shook the bottle because the product page shows a white cream and I was expecting a lotion. But the bottle even says clear and moisturizing. Well it does smell good and I use it on my face after shaving. But I lined up putting on lotion afterwards because it just doesn't feel like it's moisturizing my skin just feels more like an aftershave. It's not creamy at all and just watery. So I basically use this as an aftershave to smell good.
