A fake shampoo was sent, i.e. not the original shampoo was sent.

Real or fake products?
Bottle was only 3/4 full, shampoo is watered down and very runny. Smells nice but doesn’t seem like the real thing for $20.00. Was recommended and used by my hair salon, but since Covid cannot go into salon to purchase.

This shampoo is excellent but one thing is was only 3/4 full for the price I would of loved a full bottle please check before you ship it also the foil on the bottle is a pain gets over everything so please consider re packing it and perhaps a pump.

La primer vez que pedí este producto me enviaron el original y la reacción en mi cabello fue buena, pero lo pedí nuevamente y me enviaron un producto que el envase se miraba falso o imitación y además el shampoo es diferente hasta el color y mi cabello esta frizzado y parece una esponja desde que comencé a usarlo
