TDS Tester probe shows NO filtration whatsoever
We bought one of these a year ago after seeing the YouTube comparison by user project farm. We also bought a zerowater filter and TDS probe. This item reduced the ppm from 200 in LA to 100 and water tasted better than zero water that reduced ppm to 0 but has a bitter taste due to too much purity. So we ordered replacement filters and a new pitcher 2-3 months ago. We just found out that the new system as well as the expensive replacement filters we have bought are doing zippo filtration. Tap water in Palmdale Ca has 300 ppm and this the new pitch as well as the repl filters cannot bring it down at all! We checked the tightness and actually can see the water we are testing is coming from the actual filter and not any leaks. Very disappointed with both sellers.
