Removes Waterproof Macara and Causes No Burn!
This makeup remover is a winner. I have a love or hate relationship with makeup remover. A lot of makeup remover I have used in the past does a good job at removing foundation, blush and eye shadow but really really sucks when it comes to removing eyeliner and mascara, especially waterproof mascara. I usually end up pulling out a bunch of my eyelashes in the process of trying to get it off because like to use a lot of mascara. Like a ton. This is very thorough even when I use it on my waterproof mascara! I don't have to struggle with it and I don't lose as many of my eyelashes. A little bit of this liquid goes a long way and it doesn't leave behind oily or greasy residues like some of the other makeup removers can. Last, but not least, what really solidifies this as a good brand in my opinion is that it doesn't cause eye irritation. I have sensitive eyes and most makeup removers cause my eyes to burn. This one is gentle and much more comfortable for me to use. I'm not too big of a fan of how much this costs and I do feel like it is expensive, especially when you consider the fact that this is just make up remover, but it performs well so so I still say it deserves 5 stars.

Great For My Sensative Skin
The 5.0 oz [ comfort zone ] Essential Biphasic Makeup Remover/Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover I'm a huge fan of! It shipped well with no damage coming to the product at all. The bottle features an inner cap that has a little hole for squirting the inner product out. I like this inner cap as I don't accidentally use too much of this product. That said, I have learned that you hardly need much at all of it applied to a cotton ball or makeup remover wipe/round ( I use reusable ones most of the time) to remove even the most stubborn of makeup. It is pretty much fragrance-free so it doesn't agitate my senses. It also has not caused any adverse skin reactions. It, in fact, moisturizes my skin and leaves it feeling refreshed after application. I am really impressed that all it takes even for water-proof makeup is a simple wipe and no scrubbing necessary! There's no burning or tingling at all. I'm a fan it is free from most harmful ingredients and is close but not entirely 100% natural. The price is a little steep but for the effectiveness of the product and how it leaves my skin clean and refreshed, I say it's well worth the price.

This has become one of my one of my favorite makeup removals! I have sensitive skin so finding a waterproof mascara remover can be difficult but this one did not disappoint! My eye makeup came off fast without having to scrub and not irritation to follow!

This is a very nice and effective eye make up remover. It does a great job of removing even stubborn eye make up such as those potent red based colors that can stain as well as waterproof mascara I like the fact that this is nature - and as it goes near the eyes - relies on natural ingredients. I do think it’s kind of high in terms of price point as it out prices some of the boutique well known brands that sell in Nordstrom and Sephora and some of the better known green / clean brands which might be a miss as people will pay for what they know but the clean ingredients might help. I found this to be an effective product that works well; it’s expensive for an eye make up remover but has a much smaller list of ingredients and they are more natural so this is worth considering

Best eye makeup remover I've tried
This stuff truly does work. It takes off the toughest waterproof eye makeup. I was really impressed at how easily it took of my mascara and how how little scrubbing I had to do. It leaves my eyes feeling moisturized and clean and best of all it does NOT burn. While I'm not a fan of the price, you don't need a lot for it to work so it will last a long time. I would absolutely buy this again.

One of the most hydrating and best makeup removers. A two-phase agent assumes the presence of two liquids in the composition, one of which is oily, and the other is aqueous. Rarely do I come across an eye makeup remover that doesn't end up irritating my eyes, but this is one of them！ You to use makeup remover，it should be thoroughly mixed until smooth. When mixing, the two phases "combine", for this, only a few active movements are enough. There is practically no foam, mostly small bubbles that gradually rise up. It gently and quickly removes every trace of makeup from my eyes without irritating my skin, I just put some on a cotton pad and then put it on my eyelids, before I start to wipe gently, Give it a few seconds to start dissolving all makeup. I have never found a makeup remover that can dissolve and remove every spot of eye makeup very well, and it is also very gentle and does not require a lot of rubbing. I like it!

If I had to choose my one go to product from comfort zone it would be this makeup remover. I tried it on my liquid eyeliner that's impossible to get off with my normal double cleanse balm. I usually have to grab my olive oil to get this stuff off. If you do any sort of waterproof makeup or intense eye looks this will save your eyelids. I didn't have to rub hard and it melted right off. I recommend really soaking your cotton round with this and gently leaving it over your eyes for a few seconds to let it work its magic. I had no irritation either which is amazing considering how sensitive my eyes are.

Works good
Similar to the Bare Minerals makeup remover. It's not AS buttery as the BM but it is very similar. Has a light feeling and doesn't leave the face feeling as oily after use. Would still definitely wash you face after. Does a pretty good job at removing the waterproof products.

Doesn’t sting eyes, light oily residue
This waterproof make up remover is made in Italy. It has a very attractive package and bottle. The bottle is a frosted plastic and it almost looks like glass. The make up remover is a clear liquid and has a hint of oiliness to it. It smells like variety of oils but it’s a more pure fragrance. It is not scented. It is just the ingredients that have a scent to them. The oils do settle so make sure to shake before each use. The make up remover works quite well. It does not sting my eyes. I have used it on eye make up and my entire face and it will take off all my make up from the day. Overall I would say I am quite pleased. It leave my skin soft with all the natural oils. I like that it even takes off stubborn mascara.

Gentle Formula But Cleans Away Even The Most Stubborn Waterproof Mascara Bits
I didn’t think anything could remove waterproof mascara as well as the cleanser I’ve been using for over twenty years (Albolene). It pays to occasionally try out new products, and I’m glad I did with this biphasic formula. It glides over eyelashes and removes even stubborn mascara strands that I usually gave up trying to remove. Everything is gone in seconds and even though there is oil in this (tsubaki), it doesn’t leave a greasy feel on skin or lashes like Albolene did (which is primarily mineral oil). I had to google what tsubaki oil actually does--it's a nourishing oil that coats hair, including eyelashes, to prevent dryness, brittleness or flaking. My lashes appreciate this formula much better. I also occasionally clean the rubber parts of eyelash curlers with this too. It does a quick job eliminating any mascara build-up there.

Gentle cleanser that effectively removes makeup!
[ comfort zone ] Essential Biphasic Makeup Remover. I like that it’s gentle and non-irritating especially around my eyes. I have combo skin that is dry, sensitive and oily. This cleanser is gentle and effectively removes all my makeup (foundation, concealer, waterproof eye liner, waterproof mascara, eyeshadow, powder, etc). It feels like a cleansing toner and oil cleanser mix. I like that this makeup remover isn’t overly greasy and oily like some other eye makeup removers. Per the description, It’s free from animal derivatives, silicones, mineral oils, parabens, SLS, and artificial colorants. I put it on a reusable or disposable cotton face pad and then swipe my eyes and then my entire face with it to remove my makeup. I can see lots of makeup on my pad after swiping. Then I cleanse my face with a facial soap cleanser. My face feels clean and bright after.

Amazing make-up remover for sensitive skin
I love this make-up remover, in fact, I'm very impressed by this brand in general. I have tried several items from their brand and all have been very good, even exceptional. Very high quality, non-irritating to the skin. This removes make-up very easily, nice oily feeling but doesn't clog the pores, doesn't sting my eyes at all which is so nice because I have had issues with that in the past with other make-up removers.

Best makeup remover for sure
I have tried different skin products from this brand and I should say they have very high quality and effective products and this makeup remover is for sure one of them. It’s very gentle and fragrance free which is great specially for me as I personally don’t like any fragrance for skin products. It works amazingly and removes even heavy makeup completely. Excellent, gentle makeup remover
I have looked high and low for a good makeup remover to help get my waterproof mascara off. I have been using oil based makeup remover to help soften and remove my makeup but it takes a lot of effort and can become frustrating. This stuff is like a miracle and gently wipes away my makeup without over rubbing. I don't know exactly how it works, but it WORKS. I have very dry, sensitive, eczema prone skin so looking for products that don't irritate my skin is difficult. This product is gentle, no irritation and is like a magic eraser for my face. Gently removes stubborn eye makeup!
I love this line of skin care! i’ve been needing a good make up remover that was gentle on sensitive skin, and finally found it! I place a little bit of this on a cotton pad & gently blot, then wipe my mascara and other eye makeup. Blotting first seems to help soften it up, making it easier to wipe clean. Works great on waterproof brow makeup and lip color, too. This formula is completely fragrance-free and doesn’t contain alcohol. My delicate (and maturing) eye area feels so smooth & moisturized after using this, without feeling oily or looking shiny. Highly recommend!!! Hope this helps! ☺️

I like it when things are easy, a bonus when there’s a reward. The Comfort Zone Essential Biphasic Makeup Remover gives me both. With a cotton ball swipe, my heavy dark mascara lifts easily away. Quite effortless. The reward is a soft residue, very natural and slightly moisturizing. My dry skin feels relaxed with no scrubbing effects. It also passes the white towel test. I take off my makeup, jump in the shower, and dry off with a white towel. No black smudges, my face is totally clean and devoid of residue.

Makeup comes off!
I was impressed with this eye makeup remover. When used with a cotton ball or cotton round, my eye makeup/mascara came off with little rubbing. There is virtually no scent and no oil. The formula did not irritate my eyes. It is pricey for only 5.07 oz bottle.

This makeup remover is quite good. It removes waterproof mascara and liner although there is still a little bit left behind. I just rinse and dry my face after and all traces of makeup are gone. It doesn't sting or stink. It also doesn't leave my face greasy or oily. It's as good as many oily removers in removing most make up and is much more natural. If it got rid of all of my mascara and liner, this would be 5+ star product. It's still very good and makes removing of most of my makeup easy with no rubbing. I will probably buy more when my bottle is gone. 4.5 stars.

Works Fine, But Overpriced
I currently use Cetaphil Gentle Waterproof Makeup Remover, a fabulous biphasic makeup remover that only costs $8, so I was eager to see how this $35 biphasic remover compares. Overall, it does a good job of removing stubborn waterproof mascara and doesn't cause any eye or skin irritation. However, I can get four bottles of Cetaphil for less than the cost of one bottle from this brand, so I won't be switching.
