I’m usually hesitant about glass ampoules that I have to break myself… for many reasons. 1) I’m klutzy & accident prone, 2) I have a toddler running around, 3) they’re usually a pain. These are SO EASY and virtually mess-free. They come with a handy little tool to help break them. I didn’t have any shards of glass flying through the air. The formula itself is really great. I’m obsessed with this brand now. Everything they make is amazing. If you like DAVINES hair products, you’ll love this brand (same company!). These ampoules are an instant hit of hydration, and help my skin feel more taught, supple, and plump. They work really well with their Sublime Skin Serum Oil (which I use after the ampoules. Price, yes… but worth EVERY penny! This is great for a maturing skin. I’m pushing 40, and my skin is showing it. I feel like this is going to help erase some stress lines from previous years and give my skin a healthy glow. Highly recommend these! Hope this helps. ☺️

Mixed Feelings about this Ampoule
[ comfort zone ] Sublime Skin Lift & Firm Ampoules, 7 ct. These ampoules require a special opener that is included in the package, just place one on top and twist. Apply this to clean, damp skin and pat in. It is a water-like serum which makes sense since water is the first ingredient. I have concerns about this since denatured alcohol is the second ingredient and when it is that close to the top, I know it is going to cause dryness. And it did. It is also irritating for my sensitive skin. I didn't notice any real improvement after the first application. This formula would have been a lot better without the alcohol but I understand that it has to be there in order for some ingredients to work. This ampoule contains acetyl hexapeptide-1, oligopeptide-1. These ingredients might be able to help reduce and prevent fine lines and wrinkles, improve skin elasticity and firmness, but there is not enough evidence that it actually works. I like peptides and I think in the long run they will help. It also contains hyaluronic acid and glycerin which have a proven track record for hydration and plumping up the skin. Please don't let fear-mongers point out one ingredient that a certain site says is dangerous -Phenoxyethanol- It’s pretty much the current IT preservative. It’s safe and gentle, but even more importantly, it’s not a feared-by-everyone-mostly-without-scientific-reason paraben. You really don't want skincare that doesn't use some sort of preservative since that would cause major issues and damage to your skin from bacteria. Bacteria is bad. Phenoxyethanol and its friend Ethylhexylglycerin are good and very safe. Surprising amount of alcohol
[ comfort zone ] Sublime Skin Lift & Firm Ampoules, 7 ct. These ampoules contain a surprising amount of alcohol, though in the end that may be fine for most skin types as you only use this product for a week. Overall it's moisturizing and the peptides are firming, though I don't think you get much firming effect in a week. I wouldn't personally repurchase this. After a long wait, not too impressed (for now at least).
Well, I have been waiting for this to arrive for over 3 weeks I think. So I wasn’t really impressed with the first look of the box where I can see the wear on the corners. Immediately, I tried to look for the expiration date, but was unsuccessful. I thought to myself, I would give ‘comfort zone’ a chance and tried it out anyway. Ampules aren't hard to cut open just like any other ampule products. The amount of each one is quite a lot, so you probably can use it over 3 weeks if you use it once a day or so. My first feeling while putting this one on my face is that I felt a slight tingling sensation (negligent but if you have really sensitive skin, you might want to be careful on your first try). It doesn’t have any discernible fragrance which is a huge plus though. Haven’t used long enough to see results as obviously these won’t result in an immediate result for lift and firm like facial. I will finish using it and update how it went. But for now, every step from ordering to receiving it wasn’t that impressive.

I stretched it out works nicely
You can get about 3 applications out of each bottle if you squeeze gently so you can see how well it works after a couple of weeks. My skin is a little sensitive and this is ok with it, I'm trying different products to see what actually helps with a few fine lines that I have. I apply this after showering and then using my daily moisturizer I'm almost done with it and see improvement with my laugh lines and a little over my lips. Price is good if you can stretch it like I have done. When it comes to products like this I hardly give them 5 stars I'm very fussy.

Okay Serum, Fussy Vials
These vials contain a clear serum. There is a special.plastic opener included. I find it fussy and annoying. That being said the serum seems to be somewhat hydrating. There is only a seven day supply so nothing major was noted. I suffered no irritation or negative side effects but noted no improvement either. Seems okay.

Generous in Size, Easy to Use, Effective!
This is a really great set of ampoules. Now, I know your hesitation: breaking these vials. But, trust me, you can do this. So, these come with a little sleeve that goes over the top of the ampoule. Then, you just press the top to the side until it breaks. I know it sounds a little unnerving, but you will become accustom to it. Now, these ampoules are larger (and contain more product) than most similar brands. So, this allows for one of two things: 1.) you can tackle your neck, decollate, and backs of hands after you complete your face (which is what I do). Or 2.) you can used the include cap to preserve it until the next day. Here's what's remarkable: this feels great when you are applying it, dries down to completely touchable skin, and makes your skin look positively glowing. These ampoules are more generous than most, dry down to natural feeling skin (many do not), and make a difference from day-one. I'm sold! Highly recommended!

One ampoule good for 2 to 3 applications
You know what I liked best about this [comfort zone] ampoule set? It came with a little stopper so if you don't use the entire contents of a little bottle, you can stopper it and use it later. The last set of ampoules I had did not have the stopper so I was forced to use all of one ampoule even if I didn't need it. One ampoule was more than enough to use at least 2 times, maybe 3. A little goes a long way. They aren't difficult to open with the opener, or if you lose the opener you can wrap a towel around the top and snap it open; though this isn't my favorite 'system' of skincare it is one that's being used by more skincare companies. Gimmicky I suppose but has its merits. I put a little in my palm(s) and pat onto my skin. The liquid doesn't pour out super easy, which is a good thing so you don't waste any. My skin felt soft afterward. I didn't have any bad reaction at all to it--no stinging, redness, itching, burning, or otherwise, for my sensitive skin with slight rosacea. I tolerated this very well. At $49, it is rather a bargain if you don't use the entire ampoule at one application. I like the recyclable box. I wish they indicated if the ampoules can be recycled but they are glass so I assume so...? After patting this in and letting it absorb, you then apply your serum and moisturizer so this is a pre-serum/moisturizer formula. I have tried quite a few of the [comfort zone] products and my skin not only tolerates them well but seems to like this line. Some can be a bit pricey but this one not as much, though perhaps a lot of the ingredient is water!

Moisturizing
The Sublime Skin Lift & Firm Ampoules brings us a clear serum in seven break-to-use ampules. Among other ingredients, the serum contains Sodium Hyaluronate, an excellent moisturizer. The Hyaluronate can hold one-thousand times its weight in water and carry the moisture into the skin. The serum works as a moisturizer. I am not happy with the delivery system, which uses breakable ampules. I would prefer a simple dropper bottle for easier use.

Comfort Zone is a trusted brand. I typically like the ingredients and I've never experienced a reaction. This set of ampoule's are really cool because I can get 3 uses out of each ampoule! That's a bargain. A set like this is one that I'd use to prep for a vacation, to get my skin hydrated and plumped.

Great ampoule set
I find these to be very nice for my skin and I can see them being even more effective with long-term use. I have a favorite ampoule set that's twice the amount of money and yet this one has been just as great so far. My face looks more refreshed and hydrated. I still use a moisturizer afterward, giving this time to absorb first, but this seems to give an extra boost

Works under my eyes
I'm not normally a vain guy, but the bags under my eyes are starting to make me look old. I wanted to try this, and I found the results to be pretty great. I have been applying a small amount under my eyes daily and within moments, it tightens my skin. These arrive in a little ampules that reminds me of that scene from The Deep when they uncover vials of morphine underwater. Each has to have the end snapped off with the included cap. The cap then goes on the glass tube and you squeeze out the amount you need. If you lose the cap or the little cap lid you're going to be out of luck with this, so keep an eye on them. Why do these come in little ampules? I have no idea, but I guess it's a cool gimmick. The bottom line is that this stuff works.

will take more than a 7 day supply to see visible results
These ampoules in a glass vial are seemingly becoming more popular these days as I see quite a few brands, both Western and Asian, packaging their serums this way. I've heard that it is "fresher" to have the serum in these glass vials but I haven't done any research to see if this is the case. These glass vial ampoules are by no means a new invention - I remember when I was very young, I saw my mom using this type of skincare product. My heart always beats fast whenever I am breaking one of these because I've been taught (or "conditioned") not to break glass. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this kind of physical and emotional reaction when it comes to this. However, don't be scared, it isn't scary and you won't hurt yourself if you follow the directions. I haven't seen dramatic results since finishing this set of 7 count ampoules. To be fair I am using this more as a prevention so I wasn't expecting to see any changes to my face. Realistically speaking, it will also take more than a 7 day supply to see results. I have been using each vial for both day and night, per the instructions, so one vial is for 2 applications a day. There is actually more serum that I thought and I had more than enough to make this a twice a day thing. This was hydrating but do remember to follow this up with your usual face moisturizer as that's how you are supposed to be using this. This is sort of like an extra step or a booster to your face cream. The pros of this product is: 99.5% natural-origin ingredients, free from silicones, ethoxylates, EDTA and acrylates, without synthetic fragrance. I usually don't like to mention price in my reviews but this is definitely pricey for only a week's worth. These glass vial serums are usually pricier anyway, so it isn't unreasonable. Comfort Zone's products sort of annoy me because they never state the expiration date and even when I messaged their company nobody responds. Awkward delivery mechanism
I'm finding a bit hard to justify this product. I've tried many serums in my life, some of them that have tightening properties, and I just don't feel the difference between those serums and this particular one. And yet, those other serums are far less expensive and far less awkward to use. As you can see from the video, this can be a bit tricky to use. I'm not sure why they don't just put all the serum in one container. I don't understand the benefit of having individual containers. Is it to preserve some sort of freshness? It's unclear in the marketing to me. And it's definitely not clear when it comes to actually using it. It feels similar to other serums. Still, it does feel great and it does the job. I'm just not sure I would buy this in the future when there are other more affordable and practical serums available.

Easy to use opener, need more than 7 uses to be effective
Overall I do like this peptide based [ comfort zone ] Sublime Skin Lift & Firm Ampoules. I applied one entire ampoule each time just to make sure to get the best result. It doesn’t make me feel irritated and there in no unpleasant scent like some other ampoules products I used before. The opener/stopper design make it easier to open and for storage if you cannot use it up one time.

The Skin Lift & Firm Ampoules are easy to use. Each one contains enough for a couple of uses so they should last you a couple of weeks. I had no irritation or adverse effects but did find they were a little drying. I think they might be best for oily skin.

A little goes a long way but it is still pricey
[ comfort zone ] Sublime Skin Lift & Firm Ampoules comes in a box of 7. Each ampoule has enough serum to use over a few days on my sensitive, rosacea prone middle aged skin. It does not irritate and makes my skin feel soft and comfortable. I've been using the product for almost three weeks and although the serum doesn't have any negative effects, I can't say that I see any visual improvements. Overall, the serum feels goo but It is too pricey for me.

7 ampoules last well beyond a week, but no real results yet
I've been using these to spot treat lines and doing so really stretches out the use from each ampoule. I'm not sure I'm seeing results yet however, I think another box (or 2??) would be necessary before seeing any which I'm not thrilled about. I do love these glass vial type ampoules, its super fun to break open and feels very scientific, and makes it easier to spot treat.

Easily Breakable Glass
I loved this product until the fit of rubber dropper part was affixed too far below the opening of the ampule. It shattered while trying to remove the empty glass ampule. It sliced my thumb open.
