This moisturizer has been the best thing I have used on my face for a long long time. I have purchased this product 5 times, now on my 6th. I feel like I know this product like the back of my hand now. First let me start by saying that if you have DRY or COMBO skin, steer clear of this moisturizer. It is not for you, then you will be complaining in the comments that it didn't do for you what you wanted or were in search of. This is NOT a moisturizer for Dry or Combo skin. This is specifically and more effective on oily skin. This is the only moisturizer that has a similar consistency to the Tatcha water moisturizer but it doesn't melt away as you rub it on your skin and for that I like it. I have tried other Korean moisturizers and have always came back to this one because it is Oil free. It has never broken me out and it has been a staple in my skin care routine. It will keep your skin moisturized enough and alive!! As an oily skin type, this was and is everything I needed in a moisturizer and for that it has my loyalty. The smell is hardly there and it fades away as the time passes while its absorbed into the skin. Please give this a try if you are looking for something LIGHTWEIGHT, it is not heavy and basically seamless throughout the day. THIS IS NOT THE MOISTURIZER FOR YOU IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR EXTRA HEAVY HYDRATION. You will need to sand which it or layer it with something else. That's all I wanted to say about this product. It is the best, anyone stating otherwise in the reviews, did not give it a proper chance and if it does not work for you that is okay, but it's a quality moisturizer for the price!! Best bang for your buck.

This is a great moisturizing lotion for combination/oily skin
I purchased this product a little over a year ago so I would have it on hand when I finished my Neutrogena moisturizer which has been discontinued. The first time I used this , I applied the same amount on my face as my previous moisturizer. The Birch Sap smell was very strong and my face was very sticky after application. However, that is because I used way too much--a little goes a long way if you have combination or oily skin. I love the pump because you can dispense a very little bit at a time. I like that this is oil-free and it works well for my combination skin. I also like that the bottle is clear so you can see how much product is in it. Now that I am using less on my face, I barely notice the smell and the sticky feeling is not a problem. The Yuka app rates this moisturizing lotion 100/100 so if you like clean ingredients on your face, this is a very nice product to use.

I was curious, not disappointed.
I decided to give this a try because of the reviews and I was looking for a new moisturizer. I suffer from very oily skin so finding a moisturizer that doesn’t add more oil to my face has been a mission. I can say that I’m not disappointed. My skin wasn’t sensitive to this. It does the job it’s meant to do. I purchased it with their snail mucin product but it wasn’t a great combination for my skin. I’d get very red. After trying them separate I determined it was the snail mucin my skin responded to and not the moisturizer. The only thing I don’t like is the smell. Not sure how I can describe it but I know it’s good that it’s not full of scents because that’s also bad. It’s not sticky or leaves any oily residue. My minus is only the smell, but it could be that my nose is just more sensitive to this scent. So please don’t feel discouraged to purchase if your thinking about it. I will be purchasing this again for future moisturizer needs.

Holy grail moisturizer! I have dry/combo/sensitive skin. Great for summers because it’s oil free and I use 2-3 pumps under my sunscreen and it leaves me hydrated all day. 3 pumps at night over my toner and serums. Fantastic for winter: 2-3 pumps in a.m. under sunscreen and 3-5 at night for extra moisture due to the dry air. This is great for “sandwiching” before I use retinol every other night. My favorite daytime moisturizer

What fresh hell?
This is AWFUL! If you are scent sensitive make sure you smell this before you buy it. I have loved every other single thing I have bought from this company, but I can’t tell if the moisturizer is calming to my skin because it gives me an immediate headache; it makes my nervous system feel like hundreds of people are sorting through several floors worth of files looking for a receipt that’s tucked in someone’s pocket. This is very light weight and for the tropics I’ve found that 2 pumps are sufficient for my combination skin. My previous lotion used to leave some parts feeling a bit dry but this one does not. It does feel a bit tacky for a short while but this does not matter to me because I don’t plan to walk around touching my face all day. You also don’t need to pump half a bottle of product to feel it work. My skin feels moisturized and the product actually feels like it’s in your skin and not just on it. We get so much heat here and because you sweat you may forego lotion until you find yourself somewhere cooler or sitting in ac with dry skin. This absorbs quickly and for me it does the job. As simple as that.
